Chapter One hundred eighteen: The difference between goodbye and letting go

"I love you." He whispered. "I just love you so much that it left me scared to talk about it, so even though I already knew the truth, I kept pretending as if I don't know anything or didn't hear everything because I don't want to lose you. Those lines left me dumbfounded in my seat. It also made me completely lose control of my emotions.
