Noises In The Darkness

I keep watch as Undyne and G sleep, I keep my eye on the shadows to make sure they didn't try anything. I look over and see Undyne waking up.

"My turn to keep watch" Undyne said.

"Alright but if any shadows start to act up or come near the room wake me up right away"I said.

" Gotcha" Undyne said.

I walked away from the door to the corner of the room so Undyne could keep watch.I closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep.Then i felt something or someone enter my mind.

" Hello?"I said

" yrros I tghuoht siht saw a doog emit ot klat" Gaster said.

( Sorry I thought this was a good time to talk)

"Sure it is whats on your mind or what you want to ask me?"I asked.

"llew I dluow ekil ot wonk erom touda eht wodahs"He said

(well I would like to know more about the shadows)

I tell him everything about them and not leave out anything so that way if he knows he can let G know how to deal with them a bit better.\

"I ees knaht ouy" He said.

(I see thank you)

" Its no problem"I said.

He then left my mind and allowed me to have a dreamless sleep.But then Undyn shook me awake.

"Whats wrong?"I asked

"I heard noises down the tunnel"She said.

I closed my eyes and listen very carefully to what she is hearing then i heard talking. Shadows don't talk well not normal like us at times but they usually talk by telepathically.Then I realized it must be humans or other monsters down here.

" From the sounds of it, It could be humans or other monsters. I cant really tell just by their voices or their foot steps but i can see about their shadows"I said.

"How can you do that?"Undyne asked.

"well all I have to do is just stick my head in a object that is casting a shadow or i can just use yours to see them"I said.

"would that feel weird to the person that your using the shadow from?"She asked.

"No they don't feel a thing"I said.

She nodes her head and I used a light to make a shadow show from her and I looked in the shadow.There i seen 2 shadows walking down the tunnels. I can see that they are both human's with lights that are like the sun. Which is not good for us or the shadow beings.I take my head out of Undyn's shadow and tell her that they are both humans with lights that act like the sun so it would make the shadow creatures hid.

"We have to get out of here then" She said.

" No cause if we move to quickly it make to much noise and it would alert the humans to us"I said.

"Okay but what do we do?"She asked.

"We stay here and out of sight and not make any noise so that way we don't alert them or have the shadows on use as well"I said.

G then woke up and looked at both of us.

"Whats going on?"He asked

"humans are down here and they have lights as bright as the sun's. Meaning if they find us we would be in big trouble cause if we try and fight them the shadows would attack us also"I whisper.

" I see so we are going to wait it out til they are gone?"G whisper asked.

I node my head and looked out from the crack of the door. I keep my eyes on the shadows as they moved away from the area and go to the humans.But there is still some left behind not worried about the humans unless they got attacked or their hungry.In any case we are stuck here til the humans are gone.
