[Chapter 29: Good to see you, Brother]

Realizing how long his path to true power was, Loki's eyes burned with a flame of determination, and his physical body started moving.

A cosmic dance had commenced, poised to radiate throughout the entirety of the universe. New gods had awakened, their divine presence illuminating the cosmos with unprecedented brilliance. In one of the many hidden realms, their power surged and cascaded, leaving a trail of complete devastation in its wake. This was a dance of transformation, of transcendence, of unbridled energy that would leave its mark on the universe for eons to come.

Loki opened his eyes facing a white roof. A feeling of nostalgia washed over him as he remembered the many times, he woke up facing this roof. Even the air itself was the same as before.

He looked to the right. Slumped on a chair was his blond brother, Thor. Each time he breathed; loud snoring sounds beat like a clock. 'It's been a long time, brother,' thought Loki, his lips curling up with clear happiness and relief.

Loki could feel his entire body. 'good' there was no pain anymore, nor lasting damages and he completely felt reinvigorated. And once again, after waking up from Lokisleep, he felt stronger than before. Was it because of his awakening or the magical sleep? Maybe both?

A glint of excitement flashed in Loki's eyes. 'it truly has been a long' he thought, before moving one of his fingers. Quickly, a powerful light engulfed the room and completely morphed the rays of the sun.

'Is this awakening?' He noticed that his illusion felt much stronger. He closed his eyes and remarked that it was his mischief divinity acting up. It was connected with his illusions and brought them even closer to reality.

'That's good' Now that his sparkles of divinity were shining brightly, he felt even stronger. It was as if he could do anything. As if he could manipulate reality to his whims, but he knew this was false. Was this why gods are mostly arrogant and prideful?

Having realized something that he had always asked himself, Loki smiled and started his prank. The room became darker and darker, making everything disappear from normal sight.

Then, a flash of light passed by Thor's eyes, it was as if a falling star had come just to wake him up.

A growl reverberated, with slow uncoordinated steps coming closer to the blond Asgardian. Thor quickly arose from his seat. He extended his arm, and from his side, Mjolnir arose, flying to his hands.

With a cocky grin on his face, Thor patted his dear hammer and declared, "Who dares?"

Another growl responded. "A silent one eh" mocked Thor with assurance of his victory. After all, he was Thor Odinson!

As if wanting to scare him, all around himself, as if ignoring the walls in between, steps rang. They were all light as if they possessed no strength and were but mindless beasts with their incoordination. No intelligent beings walked like that.

Because of his tiredness, Thor forgot where he was and did not consider that no such mindless beings would be able to come into the royal Asgardian family. He lightly sent Mjolnir to the air before catching it.

He took a step forward, ready to fight anything coming his way. And then *boom* he flew into a wall and broke it. Multiple zombies surrounded him.

"Oh, how arrogant of you to think to be able to defeat me, Thor Odinson!" he said swinging his hammer at one of the zombies. When he did that, they all disappeared as if the wave of the wind itself was too strong.

"Haha" smiled Thor, "Mere zombies are nothing in front of me!" he boasted.

He turned around, and before he could think about where he was, he noticed a gigantic spider on his shoulder and back.

"Ha" screamed Thor 'manly' jumping in fright. "Spiders…" he said, he really hated those hideous things.

His hand trembled a bit before he gripped Mjolnir tighter and sent it away. As the spider hit the ground, she exploded like a green smoke bomb. And from that smoke escaped many small spiders that quickly rushed to Thor.

"What the fuck?" cursed Thor in confusion. This was not supposed to happen!

However, in the middle of those spiders was a small, cute white snake with red eyes. Thor's heart melted; he adored snakes! He ran toward it, crushing the spiders in his way under his foot.

He picked it up with a smile. "Hello little one," he said, the snake sitting on both of his hands as if it were a gift.

And at that moment, *poof* the illusion vanished, and on Thor's hands sat Loki. "Hello brother," he said with a mischievous smile.

A dumbfounded expression arose on his brother's face. He had not felt as if this was an illusion. Loki had truly gotten extremely stronger in just a few years.

"You are really light," he said, as he did not struggle or anything to hold Loki.

"Weight manipulation," explained Loki. This was another power of his mischief divinity. Everything that was related to tricking, etc was possible to do with that divinity.

"I see," claimed Thor, before hugging his brother. "It's good to see you!" he said warmly.

Loki hugged him back, a smile creeping on his face. "Glad to see you too,"

They stayed so for a few seconds before Loki sat back on the medical bed. "So, what happened while I was out? And how long did I sleep?" he asked, while Thor slid his chair in front of Loki.

"A lot," said Thor with a grave voice before telling him everything that had happened.

"Wow," commented Loki with surprise. He never thought Frigga and Odin would have a fight.

'Well damn, shit has gone wild. Though I can't say that Odin didn't' deserve it.
