Especially in a world where Jōnin are cannon fodder, even though they are actually rare compare to Chūnin aka Real Shinobi.

Like I swear, this a worse world live compare to like a typical fluffy eroge games with modern day setting.

I said Jōnin are cannon fodder, but they definitely not weak.

[They are pretty useless as no chakra are involved to use them.Those are usually complement to their skill set especially when they don't want to waste chakra.]
