After everyone recovered from their shock, they followed Jay to the town and found out that after they went to the town, Jay was actually leading them towards the Adventurer's Guild.
When they reached the place, Jay suddenly handed out 20 Gold Coins to each of them and said "Guys, go buy some skill or spell books you want. Only books! Not any of those NPC hints the guild is offering."
Everyone almost cried and wanted to kneel down before Jay when they saw 20 Gold coins in their hands. But due to them being in the entrance of the Adventurer's Guild, they decided to hold off on that action and just thanked Jay. After that, they all rushed inside.
"Alright. Now that's settled, time to also buy some skills for myself." Jay told himself as he and Nuggets went inside.

Adventurer's Guild, Murkwood Town...
While everyone was busy with their own agenda and the members of 'Golden Phoenix' were frantically looking around for NPC Class Tutors to buy some skill or spell books, Jay went up the stairs towards the second floor of the guild.
He then looked for a dwarf looking NPC. The one whom he received the Beast Tamer class from, John Joe Jack.
After spotting the dwarf, Jay approached him and said "Good day, Master Jack! Can I see some of your wares, I have money to spend."
Just as the dwarf was going to refuse, Jay took out a gold coin. For some reason, the dwarf's attitude immediately changed and a large sack suddenly popped out of thin air beside him.
"Here you go kid. Take a look. But, I only have skills until Tier 3 so I hope you find what you are looking for." After the dwarf said this, he took out all the items in the large sack. The items varied from potions, weapons, etc. But the thing that caught Jay's eyes was the skill books.
"Tier 2 Beast Tamer Skill, Breeding... Tier 2 skill, Beast Clone..." Jay just basically looked over each and every book that he could find. Jack, the dwarf, thought that Jay was only trying to look for a specific book, but Jay was actually 'stealing' the contents of the books since it the stuff he learns about skills and spells is automatically placed within the bookshelf of his Fate System.
1 hour later...
"Master Jack, I would like to buy these 2 Skill books and some of these potions." Jay said since he did not want to look like a lunatic that just browsed a lot of books without buying anything. As for the potions, Jay decided to buy around 20 'Antidotes' and 5 'Large Healing' potions.
The skill books Jay bought was the cheapest ones, which were not even part of the beast tamer class. It was 'Multi Punch' and 'Impact Fists', a Tier 1 skill from the brawler class.
In the end, it only cost Jay 200 Silver Coins. After Jay paid up and got his stuff, he decided to proceed even further in the guild and went to the fourth floor, where the NPC managing the Adventurer's Guild was located.

Adventurer's Guild, 4th Floor
There was only one room in this floor. Normally, players or NPCs without the required pass were not allowed to go here. But Jay remembered that while Nuggets was receiving the Thundergod's tribulation from before, the guild's owner asked him to solve it and pay for whatever the damages he might cause.
It was probably due to this reason that no one blocked his way. He then knocked on the door.
"It's open. Come on in."
When Jay heard the lady's voice, he went in together with Nuggets.
After entering, he saw the usual office-like interior of the room. A desk and some chairs, some bookshelves and weapon racks, etc...
He then greeted the lady in front of him. "Good day, Lady Alfreda. I suppose you still know me and my companion from back then."
Alfreda just looked the same as before. She was still wearing a black and exquisite sorcerer's robe. But this time she did not have a veil on her face. Besides her curvy body, short and shiny black hair, and young looking face, the other thing that was eye catching about her was a scar that ran through her left eye that reached until her lower neck.
She then chuckled and asked Jay "Interesting. I never even introduced myself to anyone besides Barton, but it looks like you already know me. Go and take a seat. I suppose you want something from me."
Jay then took a seat and Nuggets rested on his lap. He then spoke up. "My lady, I know you have some sealed items and skill books with you. Can I trade them for this?" Jay then took out a gold coin.
But contrary to his expectations, Alfreda just sighed and said "Since you know that I have these items, tell me, why should I sell it to you for one measly gold coin? Who knows what knowledge I can get from these sealed items and books of mine..."
Unwilling to give up his chance to earn some sealed items, Jay decided to do something else. He took out Frallia's Amulet and showed it to Alfreda.
This time, Alfreda had a shocked expression and asked "How? This belongs to... But how?"
Jay suddenly spoke up before some misunderstandings might come up. "The owner of this amulet asked me to return it to her family. But, she never told me where her family is... So, how about I trade you for this amulet for the sealed items?"
But again, contrary to Jay's expectations, Alfreda refused. "I am afraid I cannot accept that amulet. You were the one our friend entrusted to give it to her family. I am really sorry."
Jay then stood up since he knew that there is really no hope for him to get some sealed items. But just as he was about to open the door, Alfreda suddenly walked up to him carrying a large book. It was so large that she needed to hug it.
"Here. I just hope you know what you're doing."
Jay did not know what kind of luck did he just have at the moment. At the very first moments he had in this world, it was very bad. But now, it was as if all that bad luck turned into good luck.
Trying to hide his excitement, he grabbed the book and pretended to use a spell to store the item. But in truth, he just stored it in the storage orb.
"Thank you, Lady Alfreda. Don't worry, I know how this kind of thing works."
He then left and returned to the first floor of the guild.
