chapter 51 farewell
Toji stood infront of maki playful cloud in hand as he looked disappointed.
Maki rushed at toji slashing the soul splitting katana straight towards his neck.
Toji easily evaded the strike as he kicked maki in the stomach sending her flying.
Toji rushed at maki tge ground beneath him cracking because of his raw power.
He stabbed playful cloud towards maki's abdomin but maki twisted her body mid air barely avoiding the attack.
They both fell to the ground but toji did not waste any time as he appeared behind maki.
He stabbed her in tge left shoulder and kicked her in the back.
Maki flew into a nearby trash can as toji slowly walked towards her.
"You're senses are too weak in that moment I could have easily taken you're life."Said toji.
Maki got up grabbing tge soul splitting katana as she grabbed a nearby bolder and threw it at toji.
Toji sliced the bolder in half.But using the distraction maki rushed behind him.
She then attempted to stab him intge back but toji easily side stepped it.
Toji then sent a punch towards maki's abdomin.But she used the soul splitting katana to block it.
She skid back a little but toji didn't let up as he rushed towards her.
He then sent a punch towards her which she narrowly
doged.
Toji then head butted maki causing her head to start bleeding.
This also caused her to be disoriented toji seizing the opportunity kicked her in tge chest.
She coughed up blood as toji slammed her in the abdomin with playful cloud.
"In thus world the best method of teaching is bullying."Said toji walking towards maki who layed on the ground.
"You still hold hatred fir tge zenin clan and aslong as you keep that hatred you will always be weak."Said toji.
Toji then turned his back as he began to walk away.:Come back to me when you're ready to be strong."said toji.
Maki layed on the ground broken and bruised staring at the sky.
The silouet of her sister then appeared in the sky looking down upon her.
"So this is really all you got I taught you were supposed to be the tough one."said the silouet of Mai.
"Who ever Said I was the tough one."Said maki.
"Everyone did and their all counting on you including me now what would nobora say if she saw you lying down like this?"asjed Mai.
"She'd tell me to get off my ass and not let anyone talk down to me."replied maki.
"Now that's right let it all go the hatred that binds us and the sins if our past hive it all up."
Maki smiled as tge silouet vanished.She then got up and clenched the soul splitting katana.
"I not done yet I refuse to be weak."Said maki.Toji smiled appearing behind maki as he swung playful cloud towards her neck.
Maki easily avoided this strike as she twisted her body kicking toji in the stomach.
Toji flew back shocked never once meeting a person who could physically over power him.
Maki appeared infront of toji sending a kick towards his head.
But toji grabbed her leg as she spin around sending another kick towards his abdomin.
Toji was not able to block this strike as he flew into a nearby building.
Toji jumped out of tge debree as both he and maki rushed at each other for one final clash.
"In these years I have done many things I started doing sports coaching young kids and helping orphans.
But none of it could make up for my sins but atleast when I see my wife again she'll be proud."said toji.
Toji dropped playful cloud as maki stabbed tge soul splitting katan through his chest.
Toji's body fell to the ground as he he looked up towards maki.
"Hey kid don't make the same mistakes I did cherish you're freinds and family also tell megumi that I am sorry."said toji.
"But why did you willingly decide to die?"asked maki
"Well it's time to pass on the torch and besides I haven't really been living anyway since I lost my wife."replied toji as his eyes closed forever.
"I see so that's how toji fushigoro finally died."said principal yaga.
