Henry's Will

International Businessman and Multibillionaire Henry Luther died a year ago at the age of 74, leaving behind a beautiful 25-year-old wife named Sierra and four children. Two males and two females. Named Gabriel, Michael Stacey, and Tracey Of whom two were lazy, promiscuous, and spoilt. His first wife who bore the first three of the children for him had died of cancer. The fourth child was adopted by his wife before she died. Unknown to everyone, Henry Luther had an affair with an African American maid who became pregnant for him and give birth to a son named Leroy Brodes. His exploits in these places earned him different medals and accolades which were not publicized because of the covert nature of the assignments he was doing for the government. He was a highly decorated Navy SEAL. Leroy decided to return to Henry Luthers' house to stay with his old mother who was still working as a maid in the house. Despite having a good education and being able to work anywhere he wanted, Leroy decided to stay with his mum and take care of her while earning a meager salary from Henry Luther whom he didn't know his father and who loved him dearly. During this time Leroy met Tracey, the beautiful last-born adopted child of Henry Luther. They fell in love and dated secretly. Shortly after Henry Luthers' death, Tracey got pregnant for Leroy and they planned to get married after the birth of their child. It was after a few years of his service that Henry Luther died leading to his mum being unceremoniously relieved of her job because of her old age but he was retained. Leroy was retained to help take care of the father's estate before the reading of Henry Luthers' will. According to the instruction of Henry Luther, The Will was to be read exactly a year after his demise. Having been privy to some details of the will, particularly a clause that stated that the inheritance will be divided equally among every living offspring provided they were still alive us at the date of the reading of his will. Sierra connived with Michael and Stacey to eliminate everyone who could pose a threat to them receiving the inheritance even eliminating Gabriel who was the responsible son. They suspected that majority of the inheritance was going to be given to Gabriel and they all would get little or nothing because before his death Henry Luther caught Michael in bed with his wife. They planned to do this by all means possible. From infesting the island with snakes to hiring assassins, planting booby traps, unleashing a curse that was resident on the island if an ancient agreement was broken, and even launching airstrikes. On the instruction of Mr. Luther, the family was to spend one month together on one of his islands so they could bond better before the will was read. Leroy Brodes innocently attended as help but ends up having to call on all his battle skills and experience to save himself, his wife-to-be, his mother, and his stepbrother who mysteriously survived. A big surprise awaits everyone at the end of the story.

Destined Companions

Summary: The main story revolves around a group of 3 individuals who team up due to having similar motives. The group consists of, Rhen, a Wood Elf who left the elven army in order to search for his Masters killer, Keyleth, a Moon Elf who was also in the army but is seemly running away from the responsibility her parents are trying to place on her, and Faylen, a Half-Elf who comes from a family of monster hunters but is trying to hide from his past. The group ends up on an adventure that will have them grow and take on things they never thought they could. They will meet new people along the way and get involved in many political circles due to brewing turmoil on the continent. The group's friendship may start unstable due to their initial meeting being hectic but they eventually will learn just how much they need each other. Note: I'm writing this in order to stretch my writing muscles. So I'm not sure if anyone will read this or enjoy this but I'm basically trying to get an idea of my writing style and see if people like it. Hopefully, I'll get some feedback too.
