That's why he ended up being assigned to the Philippines for a huge project. He doesn't have a choice but to pack his bags and leave his country. He ended up in a different timeline by accident and became a soldier from the past. He woke up in 1941 when the Japanese invaded the country. Although at first, he will think that he just reached a remote area of the country. He will realize what's happening and the person he was. Adela is a Filipina who only wishes to have a peaceful life. She doesn't like to live a complicated life. All she cares about is helping her family since she lost her mother at a young age.
