Chapter 12:enlightenment

When Jahdiel ascended, he found himself at a graveyard of a sect of evil cultivators. Why he ended up there? To answer this question one would first have to explain about the cultivation beyond the mortal realm.

After completing the mortal realm, which has nine stages that are classified as realms in Jahdiel's world, one reaches the Transformation Realm. In this realm, they would use their law to change their bodies and souls, turning them into the embodiment of their law.

After this realm is the Domain Formation Realm, where one would form and nourish with qi a domain. It would have growth spurts after every stage passes.

Next comes the Spirit Formation Realm, where one melts their body and soul with their domain and nourishes the solution with qi, after reaching it one would become a walking dimension within this world, in a way that they are both inside this world and they are there own world with enormous power.

When a cultivator dies, at the Spirit Formation Realm, the dimension within their corpse would with time form its own weaker version of the Heaven and Earth law, forming a weaker world connected to this world.

Dubheasa Naamah was a dead female elder from this sect, obviously an evil cultivator, and died in the Spirit Formation Realm and she mastered the law of water. From her corpse, Jahdiel's native world was born. Evil Cultivation was a double edge sword, it fastens one cultivation speed, but it lives a level of corruption in one's body, which may work as a shackle to one's further advancement.

This corruption intent was bad for cultivators and could be used by evil cultivators as a weapon against their enemies. It is even more deadly to mortals. Corruption was an irremovable aspect of his world so the heavenly law sealed it in what is known there as the Evil Demonic Sea, which hosts no life. Ironically, the corrupted water was a very useful cultivation resource for evil cultivation, making the continent coast home to evil cultivators.

The fact that the strongest law in the new world was water made it easy for the water to dissolve this evil intent. The water law in itself, ended up being centered in the Great Eastern Forest, in his world which was the reason for the absurd amount of rain there.

Jadhiel, after ascending was quickly captured and given as a cultivation resource for the sect's ancestress, which took away all his cultivation, while extracting his yang vitality, basically his vitality, which tends to yang. Jahdiel used his revenge option before she used her evil technique to extract yang to the point where his sex would change. His system panel changed:

True Heaven and Earth Soul Physique was the name Jadhiel gave to the evolved version of his Heaven and Earth Soul Physique. The information in the cultivation and body cultivation interrogation was the same: 'Increase of cultivation was small because of prioritizing physique evolution'.

His Vitality Body Physique physique not only evolved from the previous aspects but evolved into a superior version of a Yang Physique. A normal yang physique, which appears only in males, has the problematic side effect of making the owner's natural instincts hard to control to the point they basically act like satyriasis, nymphomaniac males. His physique does not have this side effect.

Normal yang physique gives a high affinity to the masculine aspect of yang, and a small affinity to basically everything connected to yang, which includes: fire; light; good intent (the antithesis of evil intents which evil cultivators use); piercing weapons: like swords, bows, and spears; heat; sun; movement, mountain(an aspect of Earth, from heaven and Earth), endurance, luck, and so on... His physique gives him a strong affinity for all these aspects.

As a yang physique, Jadhiel's new physique allows him to increase his cultivation through sex, which would also benefit his partner as well, but at a much stronger level than the normal one. Jadhiel concluded that the system wanted to turn him into a hentai protagonist, considering all the peculiar things about this physic.

Without counting the increase in cultivation, his physique would delay his aging through sex and he could never ever get exhausted while having sex, and would never die as long as he was having sex, which means that he could live forever as long as he continued having sex for all the eternity...

The sect elders were surprised to find out that their ancestress had died. They thought they were fucked, without her strength to protect them, they would be soon bullied by the neighbor sect, and would probably be expelled from their ancestral land. As evil cultivators, without protection, they would be soon hunted down and purged by the normal cultivators. They were only a young sect, their defensive mechanisms like formations were just too weak, and a cultivator of their ancestress level could easily take them down.

They would have started to run away if Jadhiel have not started killing them. So they activated their defense formation, which was a peak law formation, and hoped that they could defeat Jahdiel if they and all disciples attacked him at once. At the beginning of the fight, Jadhiel was overwhelmed.

He could easily deal with someone one rank above his, the problem was that there were ten of those fighting him, with a strong formation boosting them and attacking him, while they were also supported by a lot of cannon fodder, which included some cultivators at his cultivation realm.

He had to distort spacetime to defend himself, use his vitality to hold himself up, while he attacked his enemy with his fists, and used his soul to take the weaker ones down. His soul, which was now a world on its own, fell on some of his enemies like the weight of heaven, quickly destroying their souls and taking the useful parts as nourishment.

Meanwhile, he started to sustain more and more injuries in his body, as an arrow with evil intent pierced his shoulder, a sword made a small cut on his back, a spear on his right elbow, and so on... His strong vitality was the only thing that was holding the corruption back and avoiding his body to start suffering necrosis.

Jadhiel was beginning to few exhausted, but he held his own, he wanted to test his limit. He was feeling close to enlightenment. It was then that a change happened that made his enemies despair, Jahdiel was having a second enlightenment.

Second enlightenment was the name given to when a cultivator that has already passed through the moral realm, gets enlightenment in a new law. A first enlightenment was already seen as a miracle in more backward areas of this world, because getting one was already hard even in this world, even if here one could feel the laws directly for they were inscribed in nature itself.

A second was much harder because, generally the first one was related to an affinity physical and/or psychological one has, so the second one was basically an anomaly in itself.

Although a second enlightenment would not give much immediate increase in strength, the new laws would at some point be connected with the law the cultivator already had, opening new possibilities and boosting the cultivator's main law. In Jahdiel's case, this new law would boost his vitality law. He learned the law of endurance.

After killing some more disciples from the sect, he had a third enlightenment and learned the law of good intent, which made killing this group of evil cultivators even easier. Without knowing he practiced the easiest way to get enlightenment in the good intent law, which was killing evil cultivators. He started to get rid of the corruption that spread through his body, and he felt the evil intents of swords, bows, and spears being expelled from his body.

What if these weapons were not corrupted was what he thought. With it, he entered a fourth, fifth, and sixth enlightenments. So the laws of swordsmanship, archery, and spearmanship were becoming clearer and clearer to him.

He distorted spacetime to form provisory weapons for himself, with which he ended his enlightenment killing his enemy to the last one. At that point, his enemy was already doing the useless act of dispersing and running away, so it took a while until he killed them all.

With all these enlightenments, he had broken through two stages in his realm. After the fight he was exhausted, so he rested.
