Chapter 22: Becoming a Mercenary

"You're back? Good, wait for Iren to get the photo from Mr. Obito, then finish the Card-making process." Eina said this to Senia before falling into deep thought. Seeing Eina lost in thought, Senia chose to remain silent, as Eina often got lost in thought, and it had become a normal thing for Senia, so it didn't bother her at all.

Not long after, Iren and Obito came out of the photo room. Seeing Obito's half-destroyed face, Senia was momentarily shocked, as it was rare for her to see someone with such terrifying scars.

Then Senia immediately went back into the staff room to complete the final process of creating the Mercenary Membership Card, which would be owned by Obito.

After a while, Senia came out holding a small card in her hand, and then she handed the card to Eina.

"Mr. Obito, this is your Mercenary Membership Card. You are currently at Level 1. Mercenaries are divided into ten different levels, from level one to level ten. Levels can be increased through Mission Points. You need One Hundred Mission Points to advance to Level Two, and Three Hundred Mission Points to advance to Level Three."

"Also, each level must complete missions with a certain quota every month. This is mandatory, otherwise, your Membership Card will be revoked. For Level One, you must complete three missions every month. If you fail to do so, we will take back your Membership Card. Do you understand?" Eina said it with a serious look.

"Of course!" Obito replied with a smile, then he hurriedly put his mask back on. Seeing that, Eina, Senia, and Iren were slightly surprised, but the three women instantly understood.

"So, am I now a member of the Mercenaries?" Obito asked, confused.

"Yes, congratulations, Mr. Obito! You have become a member of the Mercenaries! Would you like to start a mission right away?" Senia asked politely with a smile. After learning that the man in front of her had probably experienced ups and downs in life, Senia became more polite and showed some respect towards Obito.

"Sure, can you recommend a mission for me?" Obito nodded his head.

"What kind of mission would you like to undertake? Killing Horrors? Or searching for a specific plant outside the Fortress City?" Iren also spoke calmly to Obito.

"How about a plant search? What plant should I look for?" Obito didn't want to undertake a mission to kill Horrors or anything similar, as it would be too risky to reveal his abilities. Therefore, Obito preferred a search mission, as it would be easy to use his Clone Jutsu to search for the plant.

"There are many plant search missions, but with your current level, only these three missions are possible for you to do." Senia then handed her three sheets of paper with pictures and missions that needed to be done.
