In Naruto World with Dimensional Chat System

I was standing on the bus stand to pick up the bus when I heard a yell. "Help me, I am getting robbed." yelled a lady standing across the street. I saw the man who robbed the lady running towards me while crossing the road when I decided to help the lady. I have always believed in karma and that helping others will always help me back sometime.

I rushed towards the man and caught him easily, as I have always kept myself fit and I had taken self-defense lessons. With a jab on his neck, I knocked him out and took him to the footpath while someone called the police to get him arrested.

Then the lady whose purse was stolen started crossing the road. As she was crossing the road, I saw a car rushing towards the lady and instead of shouting at the lady, I rushed to help like a retard which I don't why but while I pushed her to the other side, my leg slipped and the *BAAM*. The card instead of crashing the lady, crashed into me as I flew away a few meters and landed on the road. My whole body ached while I felt blood coming out of my mouth. Before I could understand anything else, my senses blanked out and that's how I DIED.

Now I am standing or should I say floating in front of the being who called itself GOD.

Arata: "So, now what will happen to me now? Will I go to heaven, hell, or reincarnation?"

GOD: "Because you always believed in Karma and your help in saving the lady from being robbed and getting killed, you changed fate which has helped you in getting large good karma. You have been given the chance to be reborn in your chosen world with three additional wishes. You can choose any world, including the so-called anime worlds but the timeline will be decided on random and they will be somewhat different from what you would have watched or read."

Arata: "Okay, I would like to be reborn in Naruto world."

GOD: "Good, now scroll this wheel to decide which generation you will be reborn."

A wheel appeared and it was divided into 5 parts. On each part, a timeline was written, but it seemed a blur to me. I scrolled the wheel and it stopped on the part which stated the Third Hokage's reign.

GOD: "So you will be born in Namikaze Minato's generation. As for your identity, when you will reawaken your memories, it will be a surprise for you. Now, speak up for your other wishes."

Arata: " For my first wish, I want a library similar to the Library of Heaven's Path with as much as knowledge I can with and A. I installed and I should be able to read others' flaws. I should also be able to add new knowledge to it."

GOD: "This wish is possible but you can only get two worlds' knowledge so choose the two worlds."

Arata: " Then add naruto's world and Earth's knowledge. Also be sure to add all the novels, manga, and anime in it."

GOD: "Granted, now tell the second wish."

Arata: "I want a dimensional chat system."

GOD: "Hmmm, this wish may be a bit too much, but it can only be unlocked when you will reach 15 years of age in the world. So if you will accept it, I can grant this wish."

Arata: "I accept. As for my last wish, I wish to be able to use, control, and transform all the types of energies like Ki, Chi, Mana, Chakra, etc."

GOD: "Okay you will be granted a source and you will able to use all types of energies."

GOD: "Now that your wishes are granted, you will be reborn and when you are 5 years old your memories will reawaken. Don't forget the world you are going to be reborn in will be the real world, not your anime or novel. Every person there will have their different thoughts so don't treat others as simple characters. The real world will always be different than the fictional world so, use your knowledge only for reference. Now go and shine in your new world as ...."
