Two Women Chat

(3rd Person POV)

Jane and Mary sat in front of each other. While Mary was eating, Jane was simply looking at her deeply. After a minute, Mary finally spoke.

"If you keep staring at me like this, I can't eat properly."

"Why do you like him?" Jane asked which startled Mary. She didn't expect Jane would ask such kind of question.

Mary didn't answer immediately but rather asked "Why do You like him?"

Jane rolled her eyes and thought.

"At first, I didn't think I liked him. I thought I just like seeing him every day. He was funny whenever he talked to me even though some of his jokes were kinda offensive."

"But, he always tried to make me laugh. And, even though he had training, he always made five minutes to talk with me. But, it was only during the time when he left quest, that I realized just how much I miss him."
