Harry was high in the sky, unaware of the events that had taken place. This time, there was no Quirrell to hex his broom, so he had no trouble chasing the Golden Snitch.
Meanwhile, Allen was under everyone's scrutiny, suspected of cheating in some way. So, Hooch asked him to leave the field for a moment. Due to Dumbledore's intervention, the game wasn't stopped. Additionally, Slytherin had already lost a player, so there would be no disadvantage for any team.
Allen glanced at the stands, sending his friends a smile and a wave to reassure them.
Rick – Well, It all went to sh*t...
Nikky – Wait, weren't you the guy who claimed to be the smartest in the world? Don't you have a contingency plan? *She tilted her head while swinging her legs in her chair.*
Rick – *Burp* Most of the time, I prefer to abandon the universe; it's simpler than... helping it. *Rick felt disgusted at the thought of helping others selflessly.*
...
Professors Dumbledore, Snape, Hooch, and McGonagall gathered to interrogate Allen, but they were interrupted by Allen (Artoria), who appeared to testify that her son's strength was something natural, abnormal but natural.
"Professor Walker, do you expect us to believe that your son was born with the strength of a troll?" Snape asked accusatorily, furrowing his brow.
"I see no reason for Professor Walker to lie," Minerva intervened, slightly annoyed by Snape's accusation.
"Of course, I don't doubt Professor Walker's integrity," Snape said, lowering his voice and speed of speech. "However... indeed, Young Allen Jr. hasn't stood out outside of my class, which shouldn't look good for a Walker..."
Everyone understood what Snape was implying. Minerva became visibly angry and stood in front of Allen like a shield.
MJ – Calm down, sister; you're not even half a year old, and you're already in protective mother mode.
MJ is both angry and amused, angry out of jealousy that Minerva can interact with the young version of Allen and amused because she hasn't even realized the favoritism towards Allen.
"Heh, there's no need to argue," Artoria chuckled, then turned to Dumbledore. "Just check it, Professor Dumbledore; I'll allow it."
Dumbledore opened his eyes a bit at this; he was an expert in Legilimency, which allowed him to explore the minds of others. Those who knew about this always kept their guard up with Albus Dumbledore. Additionally, Allen was one of the few who could resist his abilities. For him to permit Dumbledore to enter his mind was a very difficult decision.
The old man hesitated a bit; looking inside Allen's head, even a little, was tempting for Dumbledore. Of course, the goal was to check if what Allen said was true.
"There's no need; I believe Professor Walker. He's not someone who needs the glory of a small Quidditch match," Dumbledore said with a sigh. Entering Allen's mind might be tempting, but Dumbledore understood that Allen was testing him to see how much he mistrusted him. Dumbledore is an old and wise man, he knows that ruining his relationship with Allen is not a good thing.
Snape couldn't refute that statement either. For that Allen Walker, it wouldn't make sense to risk his reputation for a Quidditch match, and being just a common match made it even less likely.
All the professors withdrew...
Seeing that everyone accepted the explanation, Allen (Artoria) patted Allen's head, who looked at her with confusion.
'It's better to show a little affection from time to time,' Artoria said telepathically as she patted Allen.
'What a strange feeling; it's been a long time since I received this treatment,' Allen felt uncomfortable but quickly accepted it. Of course, Artoria took advantage of this, and after a while, she seemed unwilling to let him go.
"Hey," Allen was about to reply, but he noticed that McGonagall hadn't left and was watching them, so he corrected himself, "F-father, I should go back, the match isn't over."
Allen's words shook Artoria, a memory came to her mind, Mordred... the unwanted son whom she treated like any other knight even after seeing him again.
Artoria withdrew her hand from Allen's head and nodded for him to leave.
The goddess Rhongomyniad is essentially different from the Artoria who was a King; many of her old memories lack meaning. Still, a part of her feels regret for not having been a better King and perhaps the father that Mordred needed. Perhaps many tragedies could have been avoided.
Allen looked at Artoria before leaving and touched her hand; she smiled at the gesture of concern.
The saddest part of his story is that the goddess can't feel sad enough to say she was once The real Artoria Pendragon.
...
The match ended with Harry grabbing the Golden Snitch just before almost crashing to the ground. Luckily for Harry, Allen caught him before he could crash.
"Victory for Gryffindor!"
Cheers echoed, and everyone celebrated as if they had won the Quidditch Cup.
Harry became a celebrity for catching the Snitch. Allen, on the other hand, was surrounded by suspicions of cheating, despite the professors saying otherwise.
...
In the Great Hall, Allen sat enjoying a piece of cake when Draco Malfoy and his followers approached.
"What we have here is the cheating Walker, did your friends abandon you for that?..." Draco said condescendingly. Allen, of course, ignored him due to his bad attitude, which annoyed the Slytherin boy.
"Hey, Draco was talking to you," one of his followers said.
"Are you deaf, Walker?" the other follower asked. Allen looked at both of them, Caucasian, short hair, and somewhat overweight.
Those two boys who are always with Draco Malfoy are named Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle. They are known as his closest and most loyal henchmen.
Crabbe and Goyle, despite boasting of being pure-bloods everywhere and being close to Draco, are not the brightest in the school; they are even a bit foolish.
"Is it customary in Slytherin to be vulgar and rude to others?"
The three of them closed their mouths at this accusation, then got annoyed; a Gryffindor dared to call them vulgar.
"Silence..." Allen said, and the three lost their voices. This terrified them because, for a wizard or witch with little skill, losing their voice means death.
Silence is very useful and dangerous for a wizard, but there are ways to counter it. Unfortunately for Draco, Crabbe, and Goyle, it's something they won't learn soon.
Allen stood up from the table as his plate disappeared. As he left, he faced Pansy, who had her wand pointed at him, but she was trembling.
It seems that his reputation is starting to generate fear in some students.
Gwen – There's nothing more ironic, your adult version is winning hearts and respect while your child version is beginning to be feared.
Emma Watson – I wouldn't be surprised if Albus Dumbledore starts seeing you as the next Tom Riddle.
Allen walked past Pansy without doing anything to her; she fell to her knees and looked back while biting her lip.
"What's wrong?"
Pansy was frustrated, she didn't know why. For a moment, she believed Allen would attack her. She had seen Allen's father and knew that the rumors about him must be false. However, the feeling of fear she didn't experience with the father, she felt with the son.
Pansy thought for a moment; perhaps all this time they had been deceived, and Allen Jr. had hidden his abilities. Otherwise, he wouldn't have been able to defeat a Troll, wouldn't be so strong, wouldn't have been able to use magic without a wand!
Pansy was breaking into a cold sweat as she faced Allen, but far from attacking her, he smiled and didn't even show the slightest hostility, despite her pointing her wand at him.
Pansy felt her insides churn, she would have preferred if Allen had attacked her or at least been rude to her. Now she felt like a terrible person.
This shouldn't be the case; she's a pure-blood, part of the upper class of the magical world, and shouldn't feel bad about any of her actions. That's how she was taught to behave.
Pansy looked at Draco, hitting his followers desperately for not being able to speak. Her gaze became a little duller. She stood up and left without offering her help; after all, "Silence" was temporary.
From a distance, a blonde-haired girl was leaning against the wall, watching all the events.
"Magic without a wand..." she murmured, "I knew it; he's hiding his strength!"
Daphne Greengrass, instead of being relieved that her idol's son was a genius, felt frustrated. She couldn't understand why Allen would hide his capabilities and let himself be belittled by being compared to his father. It didn't make sense.
Daphne snorted with disgust; even if Allen hid his strength and abilities, it was useless if there was no respect.
Would Draco dare to pick a fight if he knew that Allen could disintegrate him? Would any Slytherin boo him every time they saw him if they knew Allen could use magic without a wand?
Daphne stomped her foot in frustration, then walked away. Strong or weak, she didn't believe she would get along with Allen in the future.
...
Days passed, and things calmed down. The cold increased on the Hogwarts grounds, signaling that winter was near.
Allen was with Hermione, Harry, Ron, and Neville in front of the Gryffindor fireplace. There's nothing like spending time there to warm up.
Allen glanced at the clock on his watch and stood up.
"Well, see you later, guys..."
Allen left the place; no one stopped him because they were already accustomed to his behavior.
"Hey, doesn't it seem like Allen is absent a lot?" Ron asked, puzzled.
Harry nodded. "There are days when we don't even see him, and we live in the same room."
Hermione stopped reading her book again and interjected, "Unlike you guys, he's constantly improving his skills, so we hardly ever see him," she said confidently and with a hint of pride.
"Um... I..." Neville hesitated to speak. "I don't know if I should say this, but once I saw him disappear with a scroll... three days later, he appeared in the same place, holding the same scroll in his hand."
"I see..." Hermione murmured as if remembering something.
The other boys and even the professors had similar thoughts to hers.
Both Allen father and Allen son often disappear without a trace, sometimes just for hours, sometimes days, and even once they disappear for a week. Of course, Allen in his normal version clarified that he had a family emergency.
All this had a simple explanation: "Skip." Allen used to skip a lot of time he spent at Hogwarts.
For example, on days off and nights, he rarely slept; except when he snuggled with Rebecca or spent the night receiving a massage from 2B. Instead, Allen left a "Gigai" to pass the nights and thus not feel the passage of time so slowly.
Allen's Gigai was courtesy of Urahara Kisuke, who sent it to him as a donation.
A Gigai is an artificial body used by the Shinigami to interact with the human world. These bodies are designed to simulate the spiritual presence and biological functions of a normal human being. In this case, it is used for Allen to simulate being asleep.
Nothing in this life is a waste, but for Allen, it's difficult to pretend to be a child when he isn't one. That's why he made this decision.
As for his version of the professor who should be busier, he decided to let Artoria decide. That wasn't difficult for her since, being a goddess, her sense of time was different, and a month or two didn't feel like much to her.
By using this method, four months had passed in Harry Potter's world, but for Allen, it had only been a month. Obviously, the time difference with his original world was also different; that month for Allen had only been a week for his original world.
Allen used Fury's help to avoid problems with his school. Shield's power is terrifying; Fury said that if Allen wished, he could get him a doctorate from Harvard.
Allen declined, and at that moment, he realized how much he had changed. In the beginning, Allen detested school because it was a constant struggle not to become the next Peter Parker. But now, he believed he should take advantage of those few "normal" things left in his daily life.
That, and because he would have to say goodbye to Tearju-sensei. It's complicated to set aside a mysterious anime waifu.
You can judge Allen, but he's also a man of culture who knows how to appreciate the beautiful Tearju-sensei.
In another universe, Tearju-sensei felt embarrassed for no apparent reason and hid her face with her hands while cursing Allen.
"Pervert!"
...
Days passed and everything seemed normal...
Until Allen ended up taking a bath with Minerva!
'Why did this happen?!' thought Allen as he looked at the woman in a green bathing suit.
