"On the South as well!" Rikka was shouting, her voice cracking down, "They're everywhere!"
Lihar stared up at the sky that was filled with mages flying high across the sky. Lihar had never seen so many mages at once. Like a flock of flying demons, they loomed overhead, their intent pressuring down on the commoners.
As someone who was more sensitive to such things due to his special training with Savine, Lihar could feel it much more clearly compared to the others.
And because of that, he understood very clearly that the mages were here to slaughter them all.
He witnessed a giant boulder materializing above a house and falling flat on it. The loudest crash he had ever heard screeched across the town. Even the ground beneath him trembled under the impact.
