They two finished eating after an hour. The lunch ended peacefully though. Escort was extra friendly to Mia the whole time.

"How much?" "It's 1400 dollars, Sir" waiter spoke politely. Mia opened her purse and handed the black card. "Wait, who said you have to pay?"

"Me, I have to pay for what I ate. Am I wrong?" Mia asked with innocent eyes. Escort chuckled. "But still you don't need to pay. I will"

Escort gave his card to the waiter. Mia didn't try to fight with Escort, she remained silent and put her card back into the purse.

"Thank you. Please come again"

Escort and Mia walked outside of restaurant when Escort finished paying for lunch. "Thank you for spending your precious time with me" Mia thanked as she put out her phone.

"It's my pleasure. What do you think you are doing?" Escort asked a young woman who was making a phone call. "Calling my driver to come pick me"

"Why?"

"Mister Escort, you are a business man. You must be busy so you should go back to your work. Don't mind me" Mia explained. "Nah, I am always free for you"

Escort grabbed the phone from Mia and put it back into Mia's purse. "Come on, I will drive you back to villa"

Mia didn't even has a chance to deny, she was dragged by her so-called favorite flirty character to his car.

"Do you like that restaurant?" Escort asked Mia who was wearing seatbelt. "Yes, that's a good one" Mia replied with a small smile.

"You and I have same taste! That's amazing. It's as if we were meant to be" He flirted endlessly with her today.

"I am so tired of you"

Mia murmured as Escort started the car engine. Hearing the young woman's words, Escort chuckled.

The car drove off from the restaurant.

On the way back to villa, Escort's phones suddenly rang. "Hello?" "Escort~, where are you?" A baby tone voice was heard from the other side of phone.

"With my friend" Escort might flirt with Mia endlessly but he never crossed the line between them two. Mia clearly only wanted to start a friendship with him.

He didn't push her or cause misunderstandings. "Friend? You mean George Seith?" A woman from the other side asked.

"No, it's his wife. Mia Grace is the one who is sitting beside me right now"

Silence.

There was no sound coming from the side for seconds. "What?! Why is she with you? She has scandals! You might get in trouble"

Escort wasn't opening the speaker but the woman's voice was loud enough for everyone in the car to hear.

Mia recognized the voice of the woman, Lila. Right, Lila told her that she had a date with Escort yesterday, they two must be dating.

"What do you mean? Isn't she your friend? We all know those rumors are wrong and if there will be rumors about me and Mia, I can clear them with proof that we two are friends"

Mia stared at the man beside her who was driving and talking with phone at the same time. Was he defending her?

Escort felt the gaze from the young woman, he turned his head to her and gave a sweet smile then he quickly turned his gaze back to the road.

"Escort! Listen to me, she added me to blacklist this morning! While I gave all my best to be the best friend for her! I am afraid if you might get fooled-"

"That's enough, young woman. I Am Not Like You. Mia is a Good Girl. Also we only went on a date, I didn't ask you to be my girlfriend, stop being nosey"

Mia couldn't believe Escort. He wasn't the type to angry so easily. He was the gentle type with flirty mouth.

Without waiting for Lila's answer, Escort hung up the phone first.

"Umm, is that really ok if you break up with her? Don't you like her?" Mia questioned the man.

"What silly question is that? I never liked that girl. I only liked her face now I got bored of her when I saw you"

The answer was expected. Mia didn't say anything, she remained silent and looked out of the car window.

"I saw her drugging George that night" Escort spoke out of the blue after minutes of silence.

"What? How?" Did Lila drugged into George Seith's cocktail while she pretended to go to restroom because she saw him leaving to somewhere?

"I saw her clearly. It was for you right?" The question startled Mia. She was afraid if he might tell George about that.

What if that stupid George made her stay in prison for drugging him?

"But do you know that she did it for herself" A long silence.

What?! Lila did it for herself? Well, he must be right. Lila glued to her because there was George. How filthy!

The car stopped at the entrance of villa. "Disgusting, yea you are right" Escort put on his usual flirty smile back.

He drove into the villa. "Wait there" Escort went out from the car and walked to the other side of car to open the door.

Mia let out a sigh together with smile. "Your hand, please" Escort handed his hand for Mia to reach.

Mia held the hand then she went out from the car. Maki and maids walked out from the villa to welcome their Miss.

"Welcome back, Miss Mia" Mia smiled at maids.

"Thank you for today, Mister Escort. It was fun yet little annoying." Mia thanked as Escort chuckled.

"You are so funny. And straightforward. I like it" Maki gritted her teeth. She didn't like the flirty man, Escort Greyson.

She swore to herself that she would give a punch to Escort Greyson if he dared to leave her Miss after he got bored.

She wouldn't sit down and watch her Miss crying. She would at least burn the whole company of Escort.

She might be an old lady but she still had anger issues and good enough body to protect the ones she loved.

Mia bit goodbye and walked into the villa without looking back at the man. Escort's lips curved up into a smirk. He let out a chuckle.

"Did you have fun, Miss?" Maki asked with fake smile. "Yes, the food were delicious honestly." Maki nodded with a smile.

Mia walked up to her room with Maki behind her.

"Can you prepare a bath for me?" Mia asked as she sat down on the couch. "Ofc, Miss. Please wait some minutes" Mia nodded with a soft smile.

When Maki went out from Mia's sight, Mia threw herself onto the bed. It was 3 in the evening.

"Sister Mia, do you have anyone you like?" Henry asked the woman who was eating chips beside him.

"Boy, I don't have time to think about love. My life is a mess but with you and your sister, it's perfect" Mia grinned.

Henry softly stared at the woman. "What if there is a man who likes you" he asked.

"There is no way someone would like me and even if they do, I will reject them. Having a lover will only bring you bullshits."

Henry laughed out loud.

"You are funny. But that love will bring you joy too" he said. Mia didn't get the hidden meanings of his words.

"Like I said, I hate love. Love is the worst" Henry chuckled then he ruffled Mia's hair. "What the- I am older than you! Don't do it!"

Mia hit the boy's arm but slightly.

"Ahahaha you look like a kitten!" "Henry! I swear, if I catch you, you are dead!"

Mia stood up from the bench and ran after the boy but there were big smiles on both of their faces.

Mia smiled. They were happy memories. She would never forget those memories.

'Henry, did you reborn like me too? And maybe you don't remember your past life?' thoughts ran inside Mia's head.

She admitted that Henry was the boy who she treasured the most along with her girl friend.

She had been dreaming nightmares about losing Henry every night. She would like to return the time and save Henry.

Just thinking about losing Henry made Mia's ocean eyes filled with tears. She always failed to hold back her tears.

Tears finally stopped after some minutes.

"Miss Mia, the bath is ready" Maki walked out from the bathroom. "Oh thanks" Mia thanked.

Maki saw tears from the corner of Mia eyes but didn't ask anything. There was a line between them. She was not in position to ask.
