A Mysterious Girl Appears

I am suddenly starting to get chills. Is someone keeping an eye on me? Well, it would not be a surprise if they do because of my funny title "Useless Hero" others gave me. I can feel their contempt from their stares. But guess there's no harm in checking the surrounding.

"Skill: Area Sense"

(Area Sense is a skill that detects danger around an area.)

Seems like there's no danger for now. I have started getting a hang of my powers. All the skills I have created so far are only low tier skills except a few. Gia told me that to win against [Dictator] I need to collect the five "Keys of Creation". Currently, I can use only twenty per cent of my ability; each key holds twenty per cent of my powers. If I get all keys I can even create omega tier skills like "Resurrection" or create a black hole.

"Adel Cronin stop talking to yourself and register your name, after that find a team for yourself." ( A women in the registration counter calls for Adel. She looks at Adel with a look of sympathy.)

Oh someone is calling me. It's Miss Nea voice.

"Sorry Miss Nea, I was just nervous about forming a team. I am sorry for the delay." I hope she doesn't start scolding me.

"Look Adel I know you are worried whether you will be invited to any team or not but don't worry; not everyone is the same you will get a good team. So trust your self more and don't push yourself too hard in upcoming battles like you did in the arena. The first ranker was really tough I heard from others. Emeryn was it? You should be careful with him."

( Miss Nea was the one who took care of Adel when he was a kid so it was really troubling for her when she saw Adel struggling against others for his dream. So she consolidated him. But Adel noticed something strange in her talk.)

"Ok, Miss Nea thanks for your guidance." Strange no one remembers about Emeryn and [Twin Gods]. Memory erasing huh? No, I don't think so. It's like I never fought [Twin Gods]. How terrifying are their abilities? Ok, let's forget about this and find a team.

"Oh look the 'Useless Hero' is here. Who would even want to form a team with him? You are just a crafter why are you even here?" (A follower of Ridel tries to humiliate him as he was given the task to not let Adel participate.)

(All the noble sons had contempt with Adel from before because of his title HERO which was given only to nobles with strong abilities. They started facing to fire.)

"Yes, you are right. He should not be allowed to fight."

"He is just a cheater who relies on tools for fighting."

"We should kick him out."

(Every noble sons and daughter start protesting then someone interrupts them.)

"Who dares to throw him out? If you dare to touch him, I swear I Elena Valeria shall crush their bodies here and now. I am going to team up with him. If anyone has to say something say me."

(Everyone could feel the rage in Elena's shout and dare not say anything because she is also a HERO titled candidate and her ability is terrifying if she gets serious. So everyone just got back to their places and shut their mouth tight.)

"Ah, Elena I could just handle it fine no need to be so upset for something like this." Oof, she really can't control her temper. Now everyone would be scared of her. This girl....well what can I do?

"Wha...what! i...it's not like I am doing any favour for you. It's just you defeated me so I should party with you not those who are weaker than me." (Elena gets flustered but doesn't accept that she is concerned for him.)

"Ok ok I get it. Let's find other people who want to join us. But what about Gia? What is she doing?" ( Adel asks curiously)

"Well she said she would train to get back her powers. I can't understand what she was talking about." (Elena says with a confused look)

So she is trying to remove the seals on her. Well, I have to find members for my team let's think about other matters later.

"Hey, you Adel Cronin are you looking for a team member. I will join you if you prove your worth to me."

( A girl wearing Japanese style clothes and holding a katana in her left hand and mask on her face jumps suddenly in front of Adel. She has long beautiful black hairs and she appears taller and bigger than Adel.)

"Um, who are you? And what do you mean by proving my worth?" Who is this crazy girl asking me to prove my worth? How can I prove my worth to her? Oh, c'mon I wanted to peacefully find few members what is this new trouble. Hew attire is really different from ours. I heard there was a country called Japan which wore clothes like this. But since the Earth has changed so there are no traces of old countries in Fantasia.

"It is as I said. I challenge you to a duel, if you win against me I will join you."( She looks excited facing Adel as if she know Adel's true power and can feel it.)

"Maybe you are having some misunderstanding, Miss. Adel is a crafter he can't fight a sword user." (Elena interrupts her because she could feel that the girl was really powerful.)

"She is right I am just a crafter the most I can do is block your attacks with my skills. Maybe you have to fight someone else." This is getting troublesome.

"Hmph! You can fool others with that act but I can see everything about you. Even now I am trembling in fear seeing you so close. It's as if a little mistake and everything will be over for me.

Don't you also want to know what are you?"

"OH I SEE, SO YOU KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT ME?"

(Adel intensely stares at her)

"I can feel the aura he is giving. Just from his look, I can feel he is far from someone I have fought till now. He is a real MONSTER!!"
