Kate Lu is an American Chinese lady who is a nerd, addicted to her phone and also has social anxiety disorders, Even though she is from a rich family. Kate Lu is the main heir to the Lu company in Beijing, China. In highschool she meets a young man called Lao Mao who is from a middle - lower class family. She becomes Lao Mao' s deskmate , and eventually they become close. Lao Mao also helped her to overcome her social anxiety disorders. Will they fall in love?
