chapter four: Discharged
" Please do make sure she doesn't know how about her memory loss, it's going to cause a big impact on her " The doctor repeated.
" Sure doc " Landon said.
" And her check ups shouldn't be missed "
" In five days time, she should be all good to be discharged " The doctor said closing her medical reports.
" Thank you doctor " Landon said and walked out of his office.
Sure enough, Alya was all hale and hearty to go home.
She had been pampered by April and Landon with much healthy foods than junks.
Best for your health, they would always say if she complained of the much veggies they were making her eat.
She looked around the multi storeyed building one more time and sighed closing the door of the car. She bade farewell to the hospital she arrived at six months ago.
" Everything seems just the way it used to be " Alya said looking around her small modern home.
She inhaled the sweet scent in the air and smiled.
That was more like it, she thought.
She was tired of the strong smell of drugs in the hospital.
She breathed in again allowing her self sink into the scent of rose.
She walked into her room, everything in it's place just the way she used to have them.
She was still finding it difficult to believe she did not spend the last six months here.
She looked around, everywhere was tidied up.
She had thought she would come to meet a scattered home.

It was still her pink and white colour code room.
Her reading desk with multiple novels and magazines, her bed with the most beautiful sheets and the cute little teddy...
Alya eyes shone at the beautiful teddy on the bed.
She walked to it and picked it up, it was so soft. But.. She never own such an expensive looking bear. The teddy looked like it would worth her hard-earned salary of two months.
Noticing the look on her face, April who had long been silent asked what was wrong.
" The teddy.. Did you just bought it for me? " She looked at April
" No " April was quick to answer and she bit her tongue immediately.
" Then who did? " Alya asked.
April scrambled her mind for a quick thought.
She had answered no a little too early to think.
She knew that teddy, it was from Rex.
Alya was sure going to give her a confusing look if she told her that.
Alya looked at the teddy again and tried to think.
April cut through her thoughts
" Don't think too much about it Alya, you need rest not stress " She said sounding worried.
" Thank you April " Alya said and smiled trying to ease her friend's worry.
" It's nothing "
" We are sisters not just friends anymore " April said and Alya nodded.
" I think you should have some sleep " April suggested and Alya nodded.
They had forced her to taking naps that she couldn't help but feel sleepy once it was noon.
Getting on the bed, April helped with the covers and patted her hair lovingly.
Alya smiled and closed her eyes, April got up slowly and walked out of the room gently closing the door.
" How is she doing? " Rex asked landon
" Very good, you had been feeding her with too much food and she looked really better now " Landon replied.
Rex smiled, even if he couldn't pamper his bunny in his arms, he could still do it another way.
" I simply can't get her out of my mind " Rex confessed.
" I know how you feel buddy " Landon said.
Rex sighed and ran his hand in his hair.
A knock came on the door and he looked up.
" Come in "
" Hey Rex "
Rex rolled his eyes and dropped his head on his desk.
It was the arrogant and clingy Lisa.
" How are you doing landon? " Lisa asked.
" Fine " Landon mumbled a reply staring at her in pure disgust.
Lisa not minding the stare walked to Rex, she weaved her hand in his hair and the idol was irritated.
He raised his head up and made to yank her hands off but she had pulled out her hands.
She kept a wide smile which Rex thought made her look like nothing but a bloated tomato.
" What do you want? " He growled.
" Chillax " She whispered running her finger on his face.
Rex grabbed her hand and twisted it
" What do you fucking want? " He shouted at her.
Lisa grimaced as she forcibly pulled her hand out of his grip.
" I want you " She yelled at him.
" And how many times do you want me tell you I'm engaged? "
" Engaged? To who? That bitch who doesn't even remember you "

Rex hit her really hard on her face and she fell.
" Get your head checked before coming to bring up this matter again "
Landon who had quietly been watching them stood up obviously surprised. Rex would never hit a woman no matter what she did.
He was very pissed at the moment, Landon knew.
He walked up to them and pulled lisa off the ground.
" Leave " He said turning her to the door.
Lisa threw one hateful glance at the both of them
" Believe or not, she doesn't remember you and won't ever " She spat out before storming out of the office
" That could make your relationship with her father crash, you know " Landon said handing a glass of water to his friend.
Rex puffed out his cheek " Like I care "
The word she had called his fiancee had really hurt him.
Who was she to call his Alya such a name.
" It's so much hurt to know Alya and I are parting ways "
" Like there is no more hope for us, we are now total stranger, there is no how I am going to have her back " Rex said smiling. He was deeply hurt.
" You can't be so sure " Landon said
" You can easily have her back even if she doesn't remember you again "
Rex looked at landon.
" Easy? Pfft "
" I am serious, you can be her new friend "
" How possible do you think that is "
" I am going to just meet her and asked to be friends? "
" Oh come on Rex "
" She knows you as who saved her saved her right? "
" Still, it doesn't mean how would be able to... " Rex paused as a thought crossed his mind.
His lips curled up in a smirk.
" I think I know how to do that " He said almost in a whisper.
