First and foremost, it is highly recommended that you have already read all eight volumes of Higurashi (all volumes of the main arc) or have watched both seasons of the anime (Higurashi and Higurashi Kai)... Although, personally, I strongly suggest delving into the visual novel because it's truly a masterpiece! Ahem... Anyway, regardless, if you haven't explored these eight volumes yet, you may risk getting spoiled because this is not the story of the members of the game club at Advanced Nurturing High School but rather that of Kyotaka who finds himself in it... Well, since this takes place before the time loops really start to "change," it's essential to have at least read volumes 1 to 5 (or even 6)...

For those wondering... Yes, there will be other characters from Classroom of the Elite who will make an appearance in this story, at very specific moments, of course...
