Don, with his wealth and connections took Avery to his private hospital in Malone City, Jerry Herring Hospital. It was renowned for its top-notch medical services and the hospital staff spared no expense in treating Avery. 

Despite delegating tasks to his assistant, Don sat by Avery's bedside for hours. He couldn't wait to see Avery recover fully. 

Despite the doctors' best efforts, she remained in a critical condition and had yet to regain consciousness. Meanwhile, the police had intensified their search for the mysterious man responsible for Braulia's and Bob's deaths. 

The police were supported by the Torres, Fortes, Harrisons, and Clarke families who were long-standing rivals of the Miller family and forces behind Neil Miller's demise, were determined to bring the perpetrator to justice.
