Hago and Anbu walked forward while many Rankers stared toward their direction.

"Your return sparks everyone's attention," Hago said as he walked toward the board.

"Is that the Dragon Ranker? I thought he was dead." Said someone on the side.

"He was announced dead to every ranker a year ago." The guy next to him said.

Anbu ignored all the chatter and walked toward the board. He saw the rankings appear. He was no longer on it.

"Since you quote on quote died, you lost your spot as the number one Ranker, and Milo has replaced you," Hago explained it all to Anbu.

"It doesn't matter. The new rankings will be presented soon. That's why I came. I know I lost it. Anbu said as he walked toward the elite Rankers hall for the top ten.

As he tried to enter, he got stopped by a Ranker.

"Where do you think you're going, Mr. Dragon Ranker." He said as he laughed. "You may have been a big shot back then, but your old news now, buddy."

As Anbu's sword started levitating in front of him, Hago stepped up and grabbed the men's arm off of Anbu.

"Well, you may know me, and I'm an Elite Ranker according to the rules. An Elite Ranker is allowed to take someone with them under their name."

The Ranker looked at Hago and looked back at Anbu, who was staring at him with his gold eyes and stepping to the side.

"As Anbu entered the area, he saw a man with glasses approach the area and walk into a room. A screen appeared out the wall, and the man was on it.

"Welcome, Rankers, the strongest of specials trusted by the government to protect us. I want to welcome you guys to this year's Ranking."

When the men wanted to speak, someone else walked in and whispered into his ear.

"it appears Milo won't be showing up today due to an assignment he took. He sent in his guard in replacement, and he hopes we can fit him into our Ranking."

"that being said, let's continue with the new rankings.

He started at one hundred and slowly counted down, naming people. Some stayed still without any movement with their spot, and some gained in the Ranking, and others dropped some numbers regardless of the placing being considered in the top one hundred wasn't an ordinary thing.

When he finally made it to the top five, everyone paid attention and kept close to the new Ranking.

"Ranker number five is Aiden." the man stepped forward, celebrating, and he finally calmed down.

"Number four is Alex, who's demonstrated exceptional growth climbing the rankings and always goes out his way to help others in need."

"Ranker Number three is Hago. He has committed to the Ranking four years ago and climbed the numbers pretty quickly. He's also the wielder of Colada and Tizona, two of the eleven blades of history."

"number two will go to our Hero, the one who saved us during crisis many times and shouldered us three years ago the fastest climbing Ranker. The Voidless Milo isn't here today due to a job he picked up. Let's pray he returns to us safely."

"The last spot, the one who always been there he disappeared three years ago because of a devil, ranked job he took. We all assumed he was dead, but he returned without a scratch on him. He's known as the Dragon Ranker Anbu."

Everyone clapped for him. Anbu was officially number one again.

Another man appeared behind the Announcer and stood in front of the screen.

All one hundred Rankers looked at this man as he let out a deep breath.

"the next energy release is about to pour out. Once it does, the secret devils sealed away by the Gods themselves will break out." He said.

"My name is Kazuha, and I fear the destruction that's about to be released on this world." He walked out of the room the broadcasting was coming from. "I am also the King of Feronia. I've gained many powerful alliances to join us in this battle now, and I want you rankers to live up to your title and protect the world you love. I already have the King of Jadia Zenkai, The king of Bulcroaria Meinu, and the King of Hiroshima Tsuki that alone is the majority of the world."

Kazuha then walked down the stairs and walked toward the exit "prepare for what's coming." He then left.

Everyone was now on edge about what he spoke of but then shrugged it off. The power ranking was also announced, and Anbu ranked number one. The top three remained the same.

Hago walked toward Anbu, congratulated him on his Ranking, and asked about Dr. Understand. Anbu told him the truth, and Hago listened and said, ok. He then teleported out of the area and left. Anbu then headed out and returned to the scene where the fight with Hiro took place, and Dr. Understand died.
