286. The World Is Changing

Soon, the whole Gran Tesoro was changed into the moving HQ, newly named Justicefort. From the outside, it looked the same but from inside, all its luxurious and entertainment items were removed, except for a few places like gardens and some shops. The city was big enough to hold nearly a million people. He decided that the families of the men working there would live in it.

But because of its big size, it was also a big target. So Alexander upgraded its navigation and propulsion systems and then set up nearly ten thousand modern machine guns and cannons. An airfield was also made to be used later when he would introduce the planes to the world.

He then called Dragon who was sitting on Fishman island. "Boy, I took over Gran Tesoro and made it a moving headquarter. Come here and take over its command. You and Kong will stay here and when you are not, someone else of the same power level as you will. At all times there will never be less than two commanders/Admiral level people here."

Dragon quickly understood the importance of such a base and agreed to take its command, "I will head to you soon."

Alexander hung up and busied himself.

On Totto Island, a guest appeared with the purpose of creating an alliance with the Big Mom Pirates.

His name was Marshall D. Teach. His Dark Dark fruit had made him really strong and now his target was to get a hold on White beard's fruit abilities. Though he didn't know that Whitebeard was now fully healed and even stronger than before.

Soon he met Big mom and they started to plan what they were going to do. Their plan was simple.

Create a war. A war likes of which never seen before, and use it to their benefit.

Alexander kept on his streak of conquering islands and kingdoms. Till now, the term conquering the Grand Line just meant traveling it but Alexander was truly doing it. Each island he visited would have his flag from that moment.

He had split his work, Dobby had gone to Skypiea while he went to Jaya and its nearby islands.

His reputation had now increased so much that people welcomed him with flowers in every new kingdom he went to, though Alexander had taken a break from his work because he had found out who was spreading weird names of him.

As it turned out, Hats had taken over the World Economy news newspaper by defeating Morgans in a bet. Hats then wrote weird articles about him in it every week.

Alexander appeared where the cat was lazing around and knocked him on the head. But his fur was too thick and it didn't hurt him much.

"Oh, boss. Look, I wrote another article about you. Titled 'The God of the Seas' look," the hats boasted.

*Sigh*

"What the hell, Hats, I told you to gather intel, not mess around like this." He reprimanded him.

"Who said I am messing around? I gain a lot of intel, though it's not usually big enough to tell you." Hats revealed.

"Intel like what?" he asked.

"Ummm... that someone has been kidnapping children and taking them to Punk Hazard." Hats reported and received a hard knock this time.

"That was exactly what you were supposed to tell me. Dammit, I'll go and check it. Do your duty correctly, Hats." He warned him and apparated away.

"Huh, this gentlecat here is doing his best, you should appreciate that I'm even helping." Hats huffed and went back to his afternoon beauty nap.

Punk Hazard was a normal small island where people used to live not very long ago. But four years ago, Caesar Clown triggered H2S gas to be leaked out on Punk Hazard in retaliation for being fired. That devastated the island's ecosystem, killing many forms of life on it. Alexander had read all that in a report. Ceaser was also arrested for the crime.

One year after imprisonment, Caesar escaped and returned to Punk Hazard, where he used his Devil Fruit ability to purify the island of poisonous gas, but in truth he collected the gas and merged it with a devil fruit, transforming the gas into a sentient, mountain-sized creature he named Smiley.

"It was fine as long as no one was being hurt. But he involved children. Unforgivable." Alexander grunted and went straight to the lab. It was underground.

He ripped off the whole roof of the underground lab. People inside were shocked and the children in a big hall got scared.

Alexander ignored everyone and just went to the kids. All of them varied in sizes but none of them were normal. There were some even bigger than Kaido.

They all had scaredly run to a corner. The largest of them were trying to save the little ones by hiding them behind, albeit, they themselves looked scared.

Alexander went close to then and just sat down on the ground. He called Berry out. Berry was on his way to his mandatory school when he was called so he had his backpack on.

"Ah, this feels weird. I can't remember the last time I got called like that." Berry commented.

"Berry, sing a song for them. Those poor kids were experimented on." He told him.

Now, normally Berry would have asked for a price but he had a soft spot for kids so he started flying around and singing songs. In a matter of minutes, the children calmed down and started chasing Berry.

Alexander waved his hand and lots of food appeared. "Kiddies, eat whatever you want"

His announcement gained their attention and they came running towards him.

"Berry, look after them. I'll catch the culprit in the meantime." He said and left to find Caesar.

"Quick Quick, pack everything. He'll be coming here at any moment now. Dammit, why didn't I accept Big Mom's offer?" Caesar Clown complained.

*BOOM*

The metal gate got ripped open and Alexander walked in like a terminator, with no emotions showing on his face. "Caesar Clown. By the Laws of United Kingdoms of the Seas, you are sentenced to death."

Caesar Clown cowered in fear, "Come on, give me a proper trial. Where is the judge?"

"Haha, he's standing right in front of you." Alexander picked him up by his throat. Caesar had eaten a Gas Gas fruit but it was of no help with Alexander's armament Haki.

"You separated those little children from their families for such a vile crime. You wanted to make them Giants? Now I will make you one. A Giant that got so big that it burst like a Ballon." He angrily said,

Caesar's body started to inflate and he felt the changes. "No no... don't kill me. I will make weapons for you. I will work for you for the rest of my life."

But Alexander didn't hear him. He did not need such people in his service.

"Wait... wait... I know where One Piece is, I can take you there..."

Now Caesar was just bullshitting to save himself.

"Huh, no thanks. I've already seen it." Alexander replied, making Caesar shake in fear.

Soon Caesar's body got so inflated that his skin started to rip apart slowly. It was a really painful death for him. Finally, he burst like a Balloon and died.

Alexander then went through the research and found out that they were feeding drugs to the children to keep them wanting to live here by making them addicted to it.

Alexander then felt even angrier when he saw how the kids were brought to the island.

They were taken from their parents after being told by Caesar that they were sick and they needed to stay with him to prevent their parents from getting sick. Caesar tearily told the children that he had a son, but he caught the disease the children have and died from it, which is why Caesar wanted to heal the children, earning the children's trust and sympathy.

In anger, Alexander reversed time and brought Caesar back to life with his memories intact.

"Perhaps I was too easy on you. Prepare yourself to go through hell." He stated coldly and put him in a hundred years of time-torture in which he was burned, frozen, ripped apart, skinned, and many more. But his physical body was also being subjected to it at the same time after Alexander had injected sensitivity enhancement potion into him. He then left him to die slowly as he screamed crazily.

Somewhere in the space, a meteorite struck the moon. But in reality, it wasn't a meteorite, it was a certain archangel friend of Alexander who fell from heaven. He wasn't thrown out but was sent on a mission to update Alexander on the happenings of the Heavens.

"Ah, what is this place? Why are there so many robots?" He exclaimed looking around the strange city on the moon.
