It's about time you have fun! (Says Nicole shaking her hips in the club talking to Lexa teasing her) All you ever do is work or study, so now, it's time for partying!

(Lexa's POV)

Yup that's my best friend Nic and as she just declared, my life only consists of work and school. Today seems to be an exception, since it's my 21 birthday. (End of Lexa's POV)

Come on Lex. You won't catch a guy if you don't shake that booty! (Says Nicole dancing in the club drunkenly)

(Lexa's POV)

And she has a thing for guys. Don't get me wrong, I like guys too. But she kind of goes overboard sometimes. The way I've understood it, she has a new guy every week. I'd say she has commitment issues, but she would never admit it. (Starts dancing with Nicole) I'm quite an ordinary college student, who has to work at a local coffee shop in order for her to make money. Nic and I are roommates and we split the rent. While I have to work to earn my money, she has hers handed to her. Long story short, her parents are rich. She said she would take care of the rent for us but I refused. I wanted the whole college experience and so, I got a job. When I'm not studying to become a lawyer, I work. Except for tonight. Tonight I'm like every other person at this club, seeking fun. After dancing for what felt like ages, I decided I needed a drink. (Yelling she says) I'm going to the bar! Want something?

No! I'll keep dancing (Says Nicole dancing without getting tired)

(After Lexa leaves the dance floor to go to the bar three guys shows up at the dance floor)

(Kai one of the three guys)

Remember boys, be discreet (crossing his arms) The last thing we need is people investigating us.

(Sami one of the three guys)

Sure thing, boss. Did you find someone yet?

I'm on it. (answers Kai looking around the club and bar) Have fun and clean up after yourselves.

(Max one of the guys)

(Lexa's POV)

Nic hooking up with a guy is not something i want to witness. I've had enough awkward encounters in the mornings to last a life time.

(Bartender)

Tequila shot please (Lexa responds)

Suddenly Kai walks into the bar and says...

(Lexa's POV)

Oh heaven..

(Lexa responds shyly) Thanks, you didn't have to.

My lord, that face... Is he seriously talking to me? Is he real?

(Lexa's POV)

School and work kind of takes up all of my free time.

Do I really want to dance with a tall, hot stranger? Of course I do! I've never seen anyone like him. His eyes.. They're mesmerizing. I could totally drown in them. I think I already am. Those have to be lenses, I've never seen anyone with eyes that bright. They almost look white.

(Kai)

(Lexa)

Right, sure! I'd love to.

(Kai)

(Lexa's POV at the dance floor)

Now I think about it, I must be the stupidest person on the planet. Why did I agree to dance? I can't dance and I think he noticed.

(As Kai notices Lexa can't dance he gets closer to her and kisses her forehead)

(Kai)

We don't have to dance if you don't want to. We can do... other stuff.

(Lexa's POV)

Lord. He is leaning in to kiss me.

(And without one blink she crashes her lips onto his...)

(Lexa)

I don't..really know you.. (she says between kisses)

(As they stop kissing Kai asks)

(Lexa)

Well..I mean..

(As a young girl yells Lexa doesn't have time to finish the sentence)

(Kai)

I'll be right back. (Crossing his arms)

(Lexa)

Sure.. (Says awkwardly)

(Kai)

I told you to keep a low profile (giving a death stare at one of the guys)

(Not even a minute Lexa shows up in the situation)

(Lexa)

Oh god, is she okay?

(Kai)

Get out of here. (Says in a angry tone)

(Lexa)

(Lexa's POV)

His voice suddenly changed. It wasn't as smooth and kind as it been earlier. It was harsh and cruel. He completely sounded like a different person.

(Kai walks to the guys)

(Kai)

Are you for real?

(Max)

I'm sorry boss. (Responds in a worried tone)

(Lexa's POV)

(Kai)

Sami! Get off of her, we're leaving.

Clean this mess up and wait for me outside.

(Sami)

Did you feed, boss?

(Kai)

No, you idiots didn't give me a chance. Go.

(As the two boys leaves Lexa comes closer to Kai)

(Lexa)

What just happened?

(Lexa's POV)

The girls' necks. They were covered in blood.

(Kai)

Damn, what am I supposed to do with you?

(Lexa)

He started dragging me towards the door.

(Lexa's POV)

He turned around and gazed down at me. Suddenly his voice was even smoother than before. And everything other than his words seemed meaningless.

(Kai)

You're gonna come quietly, aren't you? (Looking right into Lexa's eyes)

(Lexa)

Yes, I'm coming quietly. (Without hesitating)

(Kai)

That's what I thought, come on.

(Lexa's POV)

What just happened? I..it.. it was as if I couldn't do anything other than go with him. He seemed so kind and my body betrayed me by following him out of the club.

(Lexa)

What the hell? How did we..what are we doing out here.

(Kai)

(Lexa)

(Kai)

(Lexa's POV)

I would talk back to him but something in his voice scared the hell out of me.

(The two other guys walks to Kai worrying)

(Max)

I'm sorry, I didn't mean for that to happen.

(Kai)

I thought you had control. You should know when to stop.

(Max)

I know, I just lost it for a second.

(Kai)

Why did you bring her out here? (Questioning him)

(Kai)

She saw what happened.

(Lexa)

No, I didn't see anything. Please just let me go.

Why didn't you compelled her your much stronger than we are.

I had a few glasses, I'm not strong enough to make her forget all this.

(Lexa)

She's gonna have to come with us until the alcohol is out of my system.

(Lexa)

What? Please, I'm here with my friend. She'll notice if I'm gone. I won't say anything about what happened. I don't even know what happened!

(Kai)

Do you think she'll be worried? What if she saw you leaving with a hot guy. And she seemed to be busy herself to dig deeper into it.

(Lexa)

Trust me you'll want to save your begging for later. (As she starts crying Kai Says)

Again, my body just obeyed him. The tears just stopped because it felt like the right thing to do.

Your still manage to do small amounts even while drunk?

(Kai)

First of all, I'm not drunk. Second of all, yes if it is small amounts, alcohol doesn't block it entirely.

(Max)

You're still under training but eventually you'll be able to do a bit larger amounts.

(Sami)

I doubt it, but who knows.

(Lexa's POV)

What the hell are they talking about? Great, I'm being forced to go with a bunch of crazy people.

(Max runs away like he could go faster than a race car.)

What have I gotten myself into? All I wanted was a good night out. I met this hot stranger who seems weird in every possible way. I'm really in trouble and yet again, my body just obeyed and started moving.
