Chapter 152: You still have May.

His eyes released tears instead.

" Sir...are you alright ? " Alyssa asked with a frown.

The truth he had been feeling better after talking to David but when he came back and heard this voice of Alyssa again he remembered Alyssa and the first baby he lost and this brought back all the pain of losing the three.

Calcel shook his head as his tears found their way out from his eyes.

Alyssa swallowed hard understanding that whatever this was it wasn't good news.

She was fearing him but somehow she got the urge to hug him and console him.

So she slowly walked towards him and then hugged him by wrapping her arms around his waist.

Calcel really needed this at the moment and she hugged her back by wrapping his strong arms around her shoulders and he buried his head on her shoulder.

He closed his eyes tightly to cry and when Alyssa felt this she begun patting him.

She allowed him to cry on her shoulder until his tears were dry and he came back to senses and pulled away from the hug.

He looked down at her and said.

" Thank you for that..." He spoke and then turned to leave when Alyssa said.

" Allow me make you some Chamomile tea. It will help you get some sleep. " Alyssa said.

Calcel nodded and went to sit on the sofa. At that moment he didn't know why he was listening to everything that Marvis ( Alyssa ) was telling him.

Alyssa prepared the tea as fast as she could and in 10 minutes she came back. She had been waiting.

" Here..." She said putting the tea cup on the table and then sat besides him to watch him drink it.

He took a sip of it and it was actually nice. He put the cup on the table and then said.

" The baby is gone.." He spoke in a soft solemn tone his eyes fixed on the tea cup.

" I could tell from your eyes. It's a pity. " Alyssa answered looking at him.

" Do you want to talk about it ? " She asked when he was silent.

" I talked to my father earlier. I thought I was fine until I came back. " He said honestly.

Alyssa was listening carefully.

" I don't understand what is going on sjthy life. " Calcel added solemnly.

Alyssa made a thin smile on her face and said.

" Life doesn't go the way we wish sometimes. There's always a time to lose and a time to win. " Alyssa said to him.

" This is my second time to lose a child. " He said looking down at his fists.

" They told me everything. I lost a child too when I got the accident. " Alyssa said when now Calcel looked at her.

" I don't remember everything but it hurts me that I didn't even get a chance to see how it looked it. I don't even know who the father was... Everything was just complicated. " Alyssa narrated and Calcel's gaze was fixed on her.

" What happened to him ? " Calcel asked.

" They say he didn't wanre to have the baby. So he left me.." She spoke pouting her lips.

" Sorry about that..." Calcel mumbled.

She then put a thin smile and said. " But I got another chance to start again. I know one day all the bad and good memories will come back. But right now , I just want to build myself.." She said.

" What I am saying...you have lost the child but you still have May. You two can start afresh..." Alyssa a

said which was true.

They were chatting like this when Jenny came from upstairs and saw their backs. She was surprised to see Calcel talking to a maid at this time of the night as it was now going to 1 am.

She shook her head with a smile and then walked back. The two didn't see her.

" You are right. I still have May.." He answered and now Alyssa smiled getting up.

" It's late..I should go. " Alyssa said and then walked away.

Calcel watched her leave and decided to finish the coffee.

Indeed when he entered his bed he got sleep that he didn't expect.

May was still unconscious when she had a dream

. In her dream, She was carrying a baby in her arms.

" Uriah...my cute boy..." She said with a smile while she pecked the baby there and then.

Then suddenly she felt the baby disappear from her arms slowly as if he was melting up.

" Uriah...Uriah.." She called astonished by what she was seeing and when the baby had fully disappeared she cried bitterly.

" My baby...where have you gone ? " May asked in tears when she suddenly heard a voice laughing at her.

She turned to look around and saw a woman in pure white clothes as if she was an angel.

" Who are you ? Are you the one that has taken my child ? " She asked.

" Don't worry , Your baby has gone to a very beautiful place that you will never reach.." The woman answered.

" Give my baby back...i will do everything you want. " May begged putting her palms together.

" I am sorry. Your baby can't come back. " The woman answered laughing at May.

" Please...I beg..." May cried

" May dear, Have you forgotten that you killed someone's child ? " The old woman asked.

" What do you mean ? " May asked

" You killed Alyssa's baby and also killed her. Do you know how many babies and mothers that died that day because of you ? " The old woman asked.

May shook her head helplessly.." No...that's a lie. I didn't do anything ..." She cried.

The woman in the white clothes shook her head in disbelief.

" You are still denying it ? " She asked.

" I am innocent. I didn't do anything wrong. It was Alyssa's fault...She loved my husband. " May cried.

" May , You don't want to accept mistakes. But don't forget that man shall always pay for his sin.." The woman declared and left.

" I didn't do it...I didn't do it..." May cried.
