Chapter 18

I knocked on the principal's office. "It's open!", the person shouted. I froze. That voice. Sounds familiar. I opened the door and went inside. "Um, excuse me sir I was told to come to your office for some stupid reason", I said. The chair spun around and I meant to run out, but I didn't make it. He had closed the door with his electric remote. I can't believe this. I turned around  looking at him. "What you doing here?", I asked  him. "I'm the principal surprise", he said. "You, the principal?", I asked  shocked. "Why not?", he asked. I looked at him with a serious face. I took a seat in front of him. I can't believe he's the principal. He's  a gang leader. A bad one. How can someone who's 26, be the principal of this school. He must've threatened  them. "what you doing here Cabello?", I asked softly. " To get  what's mine Camille", he said. I looked at him. "Don't call me that", I said angrily. "And we were over, did you you forget that?!", I asked. He got up slowly walking over to me and resting on his desk. I watched his ever movement. I shifted a little feeling uncomfortable. He reached down removing the hair out of my face. I hated when his cold hands brushed against my skin. It scared me. I could feel the pain and cries of all those people who had to suffer because of him. He reached down further whispering something in my ear "We're not done sweetheart", he said. I looked up at him. "Not yet", he said finally. I was about to get up when he pushed me back down in the chair. He took out his phone searching for something. I tried multiple times to get up, but I failed. "Who's this?", he asked angrily; showing me a video on his phone. I dare not look at it. He twisted my head. "Look at it!", he shouted. I could sure as well feel the tears coming. I turned my head and looked at it. It was a video of what happened between me and Coy this morning and in the girls bathroom too. "Where did you get that from?", I asked angrily. "How does it matter?", he asked angrier and shouting. That was it . I couldn't do it. I had to get out f there.  pushed him out of thee way and got up, I tried to open the door, but it wouldn't budge. I turned around looking at him."Open this door right now cabello!", I shouted. . "You belong  to me, do you understand that!", he shouted. "You belong to me, do you understand that!", he shouted walking up to me. He was about to kiss me when I stopped him with my hand. he grabbed my hand slowly placing it around his neck and bracing me on the wall. "Camille, my love for you cannot be unexplained, I cannot live without you. I need you and I know you need me", he said.I looked up at him shaking my head in a negative way with tears in my eyes. "No", I said crying. "Yes", he said brushing his lips against mine lightly. I refused to respond. He smiled at me. I turned my face away from him. I heard when he pressed the remote for the door . "You can leave now", he said. I removed  my hand from  around his neck, turning around  to face the door. I opened it and walked out, making my way to the girls bathroom, when I met up into Matthew. He looked at me worriedly and shocked. I immediately hugged him crying even harder. "Shhh....don't cry", he said. It's a pity he doesn't know that the new principal's my  ex- boyfriend. Maybe, he thought I was crying because of the truth I found out yesterday.
