She’s broken , weak and tired . All Ezra desires for is death but life takes a drastic turn , a good turn fading all her sorrows and problems . Ezra meets a neurosurgeon who is determined to help her see life in a better view. He goes as far as getting into a fake marriage with her in order for her to leave her nonchalant and evil family . Ezra gradually sees life really as a lot to offer and she decides to live , she decides to have a surgery done for her growing tumor . Unexpectedly, she finds herself gradually falling in love with Gerald , Hoping they can start a real relationship after her surgery but the unexpected happens when she finds out Gerald has lung cancer . Just when she thought all her problems faded , a new burden of sadness came in . How can she live without Gerald , how is her life going to be? While Gerald keeps begging her to have the surgery done ,his own condition becomes worse as the cancer is spread in him already . After much thinking , crying , Ezra decides to live in the moment when she still has Gerald .
