Emperors Domination: Cliche and Lame Edition

A random person reincarnated in the universe of Emperor's Domination with a few random overpowered skills. It's a pretty cliche story I would say... Update: When I feel like it. None of this stuff belongs to me, besides maybe my OC's I guess.....
Sparrows chirped above, and Cleaning Incense Sect was loud and noisy at this time. The disciples were excited. Today, was an auspicious day. Lian He joined the crowd of outer sect disciples walking.
It was five years ago that it all happened. Lian He was sent to this world by a random omnipotent being. The only reason he knew of this, was because of a nicely folded letter that had arrived with him.
From the letter, he had been reborn in this world for the entertainment of an Omnipotent being who wanted something, different….. Though, at first, Lian He thought it was sort of cliche…
He would be reborn into the world of Emperor's Domination as an average outer sect disciple, with a few scuffed abilities.
When he read through the abilities, he was sort of shocked, to say the least.

[User can reference different abilities, skills, or other things from forms of media which will actually work in reality….]

[User can bypass any limitation or backlash from any ability they use.]

The omnipotent beings descriptions were sort of confusing, to say the least….
"Look, it's Lian He!" One of the outer disciples spoke out.
"Your right!"
The crowd parted, and he walked through, standing in the middle of the crowd.
"It seems you have come! I, Han Qing, will fight you!" A tall bulky man with wild black hair stepped forward arrogantly. Battle scars covered his face, he wore a classic outer sect uniform with a red scarf and a pair of iron gauntlets.
He brought forth a giant battle ax, glistening in the early sunlight.
Lian He smiled, casually walking over. "Fellow disciple, it is my honor to accept your challenge…."
A long time ago, three of the Cleansing Incense Sects' top outer sect disciples decided to create a competition, to determine which of them was the strongest. It was an unofficial competition that was pretty unorganized.
A three-day event, over the course of the first day, all outer sect disciples would petition for a certain notable sect member to compete, the second day, was when the top three people on the poll would be selected.
A three-way scuffle, that the inner sect disciples looked down on, but to the outer sect disciples, it was of utmost honor to even get into the event.
There was not a name for it, so people just called it, inelegantly, the "Three-way Brawl".
They went into a makeshift arena. The same venue was used every single time. A large patch of dirt surrounded by some rocks and boulders.
The last guy was not here yet, so all they could do was wait.
Lian He sat down on a rock, pondering. He was at the Palace Expansion level, Essence Development, which was the second stage of the second level of cultivation. Han Qing should be at the third stage, Earth's Extension, while the other guy, who had not shown up yet, was probably also at Earth's Extension.
A Few Minutes Later….
"Xian Zan has arrived!" A lanky man walked into the arena. He had a wicked smile and the way he walked was light and quiet.
Soon, an audience had filled the "stands" or the rocks used as chairs and such, and a pudgy boy by the name of Mao Rong cleared his throat.
Lian He, along with the other competitors both moved to there one corner of the arena, ready to fight.
"Hello, fellow disciples! I am proud to present you, with this year's, annual Three-Way Battle!" He then started to introduce the contestants. "First! In the left corner, is "Raging Boar" Haannn Qiinnnng!!!!"
Han Qing roared, twirling his ax around. By the name, it was quite obvious that he was a user of brute force, with his giant physique.
"And in the right corner! Is "Fog Assasin" Xian Zan!"
Xian Zan pulled out two long pointed daggers, crouching down. He was a user of spells and would summon a thick fog to blind the opponent's vision.
"And Finally, in the middle is "Unorthodox" Lian He!" Mao Rong roared.
The reason he was called this, was due to the number of techniques and skills he had, and the way he used them. Resourceful and tricky, he surprised his opponent every time with his constantly changing moves. People heralded him as a genius for this, having mastered so many Laws, Spells, and Arts to a basic level.
"Rules are the same as always, you will fight, all the way until the other two are eliminated from the ring, or when the incense runs out, then we determine the winner by injury! If that does not work, we have a rematch!" He went on, talking about the rules.
"Anyway…. Start the Fight!" Mao Rong yelled out, and the fight officially started….
