Prologue

In a world, where most of it contains a vast body of water.

It has many islands, where a few villages, towns and cities. Ancient cultural languages are spoken but of those many villages. An island which has a population of 850 million people. It has a landmass of 6.59 square miles(17,125,191 km2).

This island is also called The Mainland because this island contains up to 70% of the worlds population. It has a lot of trees and it is divided into north side, east side, west side and south side.

The north side consist of many towns and villages and a few urban areas are seen there. The north side is mostly covered by sand and experiences little rainfall.

The south side, east side and west side consist of cities and towns with an abundant water supply and lots of trees.

CHAPTER 1

The Journey Begins

In a village with lots of trees located at the north eastern side of the mainland. It is behind mountains. It has a population of over 80,000 people with its major occupation as farming. It has one of the most popular market squares on the mainland. It has a landmass of 61,161 km2.This village is where the journey begins.

It was a bright sunny day, the sun was up and the air was cool as I breath in the air in the sky. I was walking on the road casually eating an apple and the village was really noisy due to people at the market squares. I stopped for a moment and smiled.

"It is time I found my team. "I said with a gleeful tone.

I sped down the roads as fast as I could dodging the market stalls as I usually did, and then from nowhere, an apple seller came with a barrel full of apples and I couldn't control my speed.

"Wooaahhh!!!"

I screamed as I hit the barrel of apples. The apples scattered all over the place.

"My apples ! Oh no !"said the weeping but angry apple seller.

"Ah my head ! I went really fast there." I said as I was trying to get up.

"Whose gonna pay for this apples ?" asked the angry apple seller.

"I'm Sorry, I didn't mean to bump into you." I said

I was scared that a I was gonna pay for all those apples, then I quickly got up to inspect the apples but none was damaged. I was relieved but the apple seller was still angry with me. I could tell from his expression.

"Whose gonna pay for this apples ?" asked the angry apple seller.

"I already told you that I am sorry and look none of your apples were damaged so quit complaining like a baby." said as I took off.

"Wait come back here ! Darn kid !" said the apple seller shaking his fists at me.

I arrived at my house. My house is a small house, made out of wood and the roof is also made out of wood. It is well decorated on the inside and my parents have a garden where they plant food crops.

My house has a table and 7 chairs made out of wood. It has 5 windows and a kitchen, two rooms and portraits and pictures of our families are hanged over the wall.

"Hi mom ." I said as I open the door looking all cheerful and happy

"Welcome home Mizu." said my mom in a good mood.

My mom is a woman with long dark hair and blue eyes. She is very tall and her height is 6 feet. She wears a long yellow dress with long sleeves and a green apron wit small studded silver ear rings.

"Today is the day." as I speak with enthusiasm.

"What do you mean by today is the day ?" my mom asked in curiosity and confusion.

" You know, the day I go on the dragon quest, gather my own team and find the dragon pieces." I said.

My mom on hearing this frowned and her mood changed.

"You know you can't go on that quest, your not yet of that age and the quest is dangerous" my mom said while frowning.

"What does age have do with a quest ? You said that when I am at least 16 that I can go on the quest but now I am 17." I said angrily.

"I only told you that when you were little to stop you from going on that quest, maybe later in life you will find something what doing other than to go on that quest. I do not want you to leave like how your dad left us.

" my mom said frowning.

"Don't you dare put dad into this. I know for a fact that one day he will return, he will keep his promise." I said screaming.

"Well Mizu he broke his promise, I send messages to your dad everyday but I have never received any response from him. HIS NEVER COMING BACK !" my mom said this screaming.

I could see in her eyes the anger she was feeling at that moment. I too was angry and I ran out of the door. That ended our conversation.

"Mizu dear, come back !! I am sorry !" my mom screamed, from the house.

"I knew she was sorry but I couldn't go back not after I find the crystals." I thought .

It was evening and I was sitting on a bench on the boarder between our village and a big city as I was remembering the day my father and left and the promise he made.

IT WAS EIGHT YEARS AGO

"Daddy, come on lets play." I said jumping up and down.

"Sorry, I can't Mizu. Today is the day that I am going on that secret mission and I won't be around for a long time, but I promise I will come back someday." my dad said.

"Ever since that day I have been waiting for him improving my powers and skills because apart from my mom, dad and a friend of mine no one else showed me kindness. All the kids in my neighbor were jealous of me because I had four powers."

"You see in our world we have powers granted to us by demons and dragons who once walked the earth with humans. You see no human, demon nor dragon have ever possessed up to 4 powers except the demon and dragon king."

"That is why no one wants to associate with me. They feel I'm abnormal. An outcast who doesn't deserve their attention. I was practically isolated but that is going to change after I find the dragon pieces."

"The reason why I am looking for the pieces is because it is the only thing that will save humanity. In less than 15 years the whole world will be engulfed by darkness and will be ruled by the demons."

"Well that is what the main island soothsayer said, and she is never wrong. She predicted this eight years ago that is why my dad left, to find those pieces and save humanity, but there a lot harder to find and they are seven in number and are scattered all over the world."

Later that evening I was confronted by two thugs who had guns and wanted to take my money.

"Stay put and give us your money or I'll blow up your head." one of the thugs said

I didn't give him time to trigger the gun so I got up and used my speed to quickly break the thugs hand that had the gun and kicked him in the process. The thug was in pains and was screaming.

"How did he do that, he was so fast I couldn't even see him." said the other thug shaking.

I knew this thugs were powerless the second they brought that gun. So I left the other thug since he didn't try to attack me.

"COME BACK HERE YOU BASTARD!. WHERE DO YOU THINK YOUR GOING COME AND FIGHT ME!!. COWARD!!!"said the other thug screaming.

I looked at him with a serious look and was still walking away, then the thug started shooting multiple bullets and I dodged all of them.

"Damn you ! Damn you ! Damn you ! You will pay !! "said the thug screaming and crying.

His bullets had finished and I quickly went behind and before I knocked him out I said

"Get a hold of yourself, your partner is not dead. All I did break his arm."

And I knocked him out.

"They are not good at their job." I said

The next morning I entered the city called Budo:Home of martial arts also called the city of martial arts.

"Wow, I have never seen a city this big, wait I have never seen a city at all. Lots of people and everywhere is cramped, but still beautiful." I said.

"I hope they have a chicken restaurant around here. Hmmm chicken !!" I said fantasizing about eating chicken.

I kept on walking and was looking for a chicken restaurant, I saw a sign that was advertising the 53rd martial arts tournament. The city was hosting its annual 53rd martial arts tournament which is being held at the stadium today.

"I am definitely going to find a teammate there." I said.

On going there, a robbery was in progress and the robbers were escaping. As I was about to step in a young, tall man. His height was around 190 cm. He is a muscular and dark man with black eyes and wears a red bandanna on his head with black slippers stopped me. He was dressed in a white martial arts outfit with long and sleeves.

"Stop. This is no place for a child." said the man.

"What a child!!. Who are you calling a child ?"I asked angrily.

The man chased after their car on foot and the robbers were trying to slow him down with guns but did not succeed. Soon he caught up to the car, carried it and flung it in mid air with ease.

The car was flying and it came crashing down. Neither the robbers nor the stolen goods were damaged. I was amazed by what I saw. The car literally just stayed in the air for 4 seconds and he threw it like it was nothing. He broke the car door and tied up the criminals, the police came to arrest them. The man was approaching the stadium and I stopped him.

"Excuse me,my name is Mizu. What is your name ?" I asked.

He didn't answer me so I continued following him.

"Oh come on ! Answer me I told you my name. "I pleaded.

"I don't talk to kids, now out of my way. You will make me late." said the man.

"Your one of the competitors in the martial arts tournament. You know I was going there myself." I said.

"Great. Now leave me alone" the man said

"Why do you have to be grumpy "I asked

The man (scoffs)

"I have a competition and I don't need any distractions"

"But you had the time to stop the robbery even though you have a competition and claim that you do not need any distractions."

I said.

"It was urgent I had to stop that robbery or else the shop owner would have lost all his money and means of livelihood "said the man

We both walked to the stadium together. We thought we'd enjoyed ourselves during the competition, not knowing that there's a force of evil lurking in the dark, waiting for the right time to disrupt the match. A man who is lurking in the shadows.

"Today is the day where the tournament begins. I can't wait." said the man who is lurking in the shadows as he smiles evilly.

We finally approached the stadium. The stadium is about 80ft tall. It has a land mass of 10,000 km2. It is made of cement and is white. On it, a sign read "53rd Martial Arts". It had a front entrance and a flight of 4 staircases with potted plants around it. A tall gate guarded the whole arena with guards placed everywhere.

It had lots of parking space with over 300,000 places to park. It contained up to 600,000 seats. The stadium is filled with a lot of people and very noisy.

The arena is at the center of the stadium and on the ground they wrote 53RD MARTIAL ARTS TOURNAMENT.

It has 4 black doors which lead to the arena and one of those doors is were the participants are. They watch the matches from a television in a small yellow room with lots of chairs.

"WELCOME TO THE 53rd MARTIAL ARTS TOURNAMENT" (the crowd cheers)

I'm your host Yoshi Mahiko and today will commence the beginning of the tournament. Now let me explain the rules here, the tournament starts with 32 competitors that will battle it out today."

"Now this rule goes to the contestants joining us for the first time. There is a forbidden use of powers or any weapons only traditional martial art techniques are allowed."

"Ooh I am very excited, here are the 32 competitors

Aang Long.........." Yoshi Mahiko said.

"Huh ! That's the guy I saw earlier. So his name is Aang Long." I said.

"With introductions out of the way let the first match commence."

"He has participated 4 times in the tournament, give it up for Lemona Max and he's opposition has participated three times in the tournament, give it up for Bill Clinton." said Yoshi Mahiko.

Lemona Max is a martial artist with messy brown hair, has bangs and side hair. He has brown eyes, fair and weighs 82 kilograms and has a height of 149 cm. He wears the traditional Budo uniform with a black wrist band and a red bandanna on his head and wooden slippers.

Bill Clinton is a martial artist with black hair and black eyes. He is tall with a height of 174 cm and has a weight of 87.6 kilograms. He wears the traditional Budo uniform. He is fairly chocolate in complexion and wears wooden slippers.

They both come into the stadium feeling confident.

"Wow folks!! They are looking really confident. Look at those smiles." said Yoshi Mahiko.

"It is best you back down now, cause I won't go easy on you."said Lemona.

"I could say the same for you. Don't cry when I beat you. Let the best man win"said Bill.

"Don't get cocky you bastard. We all know who the winner is here. Prepare to loose."Bill said as he smiles.

The commentator starts the match and the crowd begins to cheer. Lemona lands the first punch with instantaneous speed but bill doges it. Then Lemona sends a barrage of punches, which bill doges most of it but not all of it.

Bill is wounded and Lemona is heavily breathing after those attacks.

"Just give up you can't match my great strength and abilities. "said Lemona.

"I couldn't put it any better. You too also look worn out." Bill said.

"Who told you ? I am just getting started." Lemona said.

Lemona jumps in the air and kicks Bill, but Bill swerves and the attack fails to do any damage. They both start exchanging blows. They are both heavily injured with bruises all over their body and breathing heavily.

"Wow!!! How are they still standing after those punches. This is amazing folks. Utterly Amazing !!!" Yoshi Mahiko said.

"You are not bad but I am afraid I have to end it here." Lemona said.

"I have to finish this fast. I can not keep up with this."said Bill.

Bill finishes the fight with a martial art technique called 'GROUND AND POUND' and Bill is declared the victor.
