Cool System in Multiverse

I have no idea how my days or months or years have passed as I drifted in a black space without feeling anything, remembering the 17 years of my life and how I helplessly died due to cancer.

The only comfort I have in the past 3 years of my late stage cancer are my parents and my favourite animes.

I have always been a slient guy even in my school, so I don't have any friends. I'm just sad thinking about how my parents will feel after I die. I really hope that they will forget me and live happily together, but I know its impossible coz they love me too much.

*sighhhh*

what can I do for having such a loving family except for being happy.

As I kept thinking about my family and animes like Naruto, OnePunch Man, BNHA, OnePiece etc , I found that the black space around me suddenly lit up and I saw an old man looking at me and I too kept looking at him

We continued that *you look at me and I look at you* scene for about 10 minutes.

I felt that I can't this awkward silence so I decided I ask him who he was, but I unfortunately found that I can't speak *sighhhh* . I really wish that someone could do something about this situation of mine

I seriously began to think that this old man is definitely a Pedo and I literally got creeps, but what can I do *sigh*

After what I felt like an eternity, that old man decided to break the silence by asking me

"I can see and hear your thoughts child and NO I'm not a Pedo, I'm just curious and surprised to find that your soul is so pure"

Since that old man can hear my thoughts, I started thinking what I want ask him

"Who are you? What is this place?"

"For your first question, I'm the Omni one. you can think of me as a origin of all Creation. You are in a dimension which I have created for myself to live in."

"Oh.... Uhm.... Sorry for my intrusion, Its not my intention to enter your home, I don't even know how I got here"

"Its okay child, do you want to reincarnate. You can even go to those anime and novel worlds , you have been watching and reading most of your life"

"Really?!!!!... W-Wait! How do you know how I spend my life?"

"Well you have been thinking about your life all the time and as I see and hear it all, I know everything about you"

"Aren't all those worlds just fictions we watch and read?"

"Well, each world will select its representative will be able to see the past and future of that world, but most people, even the representatives themselves think that is their own imagination"

so thats how it is ...

"Ok. I want to reincarnate in Naruto World , can you do that?"

"Sure, why not! Also you can ask for any 5 wishes as long as those are not much I'll grant you"

Happiness just came too fast.....

"My first wish is I want the appearance of Licifer Morningstar and his power to hear people's thoughts, which I can turn off or on at will"

"My second wish is I want to have customized system for which can help me become strong and have inventory and shop where I can buy all things from any anime or novel, It should also be able to me travel to different worlds and take some people along with me"

"My third wish is I want to have mastery on all elements and rules of all the worlds that I travel to"

"Its a bit too OP, so I put a restriction on that wish, such that you will have affinity towards all the elements and rules in those worlds but you have to gain mastery over them by yourself"

"My Fourth wish is I want Library of Heavens Path"

"My Fifth wish is I want a Hyperbolic Time Chamber, where 1 day outside is equal to 1 year inside, but my body should not age in it and I should be able to change the time settings as I become stronger"

"Granted but you will only have access to it once a month at least untill you have basic mastery over the Time Element or Rule"

"Ok, Thanks a lot. So, what should I do now?"

"You will sleep now, and your system will start integrating after you are born"
