A shady organization

"It's been a long time... Kurogiri." I said, my body minus my head was materializing out of seemingly nothing.

My control over my quirk seems to progress smoothly even though I don't do anything special.

The moment my voice was heard in the room, the two only people inside turned their heads or whatever they were using as a means to see the sudden intruder of their not-so secrete hideout.

The next second, the gray-haired man who was a second earlier playing on his phone rushed at me, using planning to slam his hand onto my body.

I know them.

Probably more than they know themselves.

A month ago, thanks to my newly finished AI, I hacked into several databases.

But a few days ago, I stumbled upon some pieces of information which were... interesting. Greatly interesting.

I knew that Daruma Ujiko also known as Kyudai Garaki was doing eerie experiments under a guy known as the boogie men of the villains... but this much? It was insane to even think that such a madman or genius, could exist.

So, after I asked Eve my artificial intelligence to search anything related to All For One everywhere possible, I received some more pieces of information that could be pretty useful one day if I need to ruin everything he is preparing. And God knows that he is preparing some big shit.

This little duo in front of me is more related to this guy than I previously thought.

Remember when I went to the zoo with Ibara and I received a message asking for my cooperation and that I asked to meet the boss?

Guess what? I actually completely forgot about them.

I know it is quite stupid considering that I need their... means, but it couldn't be helped. I was focused on my training, the finalization of Eve, and my life which had to be normal in the eyes of everyone.

So here I am today, ready to meet Kurogiri's boss. Judging by the lack of thoughts in the other man's actions, I could easily guess that it is not All For One.

The man's hand which was supposed to slam into me swiftly went through my torso, harmlessly.

Thanks to his momentum and the lack of anything solid to stop his movements, he completely fell, his body going through me with no resistance at all.

"What!" He shouted from the ground, clearly surprised by the fact that his attack was the definition of useless.

"Tenko Shimura, also known as Tomura Shigaraki. You are exactly like the rumors describe you... Childish." I said, a playful tone accompanying my sentence which came from nowhere and everywhere at the same time.

He visibly tensed when I said his true name and hurriedly jumped on his feet, his face one of clear madness.

"Who the fuck are you?"

His words were followed by loud noises coming from his neck getting scratched by his finger as if he was trying to dig a hole inside his throat.

"I will be able to answer that." Kurogiri said, teleporting between the two of us.

"He is 'The Unknown One'. The man who should have met us back then. I however do not know why or how he is here now since he ignored the Rendez-Vous he himself requested." Kurogiri said.

Even though his expression or real body could not be seen through all this smoke, it was clear that he was ready to fight too.

"Well... I did some research you know? I know a lot of things that I previously... completely overlooked as I only saw the possible benefits for me." I said, making a pause in my answer, letting them know the innuendoes of my sentence.

They know that I know.

"So... Where is the famous Symbol of Evil~?" I asked the duo.

"Why do you want to see Master?" Shigaraki said, stepping beside Kurogiri.

"Some things which are not your business at all~" I replied, my tone as playful as it usually is.

"You really think that you will be able to leave ali-" Shigaraki said, but was cut off by a new voice.

"Silence Shigaraki."

The new voice was not from someone inside the room but a computer's speaker.

"Master?!" Shigaraki replied, really bewildered that his master revealed himself to a random guy like that.

"Yeah, let the adults do the speaking, kid." I said, making Shigaraki's face morph to one of pure rage.

"Kurogiri, let him come here." All For One said for the last time, then the computer turned off.

"Here." Kurogiri said, using his quirk to make a portal near me.

Not wasting any time, I walked through it and was immediately shocked by what I was seeing.

From what I knew, he lost against All Might and greatly injured him a few years ago.

I knew that his injuries were surely not light, but what I was seeing right now was practically a cadaver.

His body was connected to various machines, and the most scarier thing was his face.

The majority of his face was nothing but a big scar, only leaving his mouth unmarked.

"... I won't even ask how you are alive." I said, a minute later.

I was still bewildered by the man in front of me.

"Quirks can do miracles." He said, smiling.

Ah, yes. The quirk which can steal other's quirks, All for One. He probably went around stealing any regenerative quirk from almost anyone.

His smile combined with the aura of pure evil surrounds him was scary, really scary.

He is not a man I want to fight or even have as an enemy, no matter the amount of preparation I have against him.

I honestly do not know how to express this feeling with words... let's just say that he deserves his title of Symbol of Evil.

"Unknown... You are quite the peculiar existence. There's so little information about you, even in the underground, that it feels like you do not exist."

"And yet, here I am in front of you." I replied.

"Yes, and it is what makes you so peculiar. You are one of the few who discover my existence and even my localization. You are... a potential threat, and you know that I did not stay so hidden by letting such potential threat roaming around?"

"What can I say... I have a really good network." I replied, ignoring his comment.

"Tell me... What did you bring which could save you from me?" He said his smile widening.

I could guess that he was clearly curious about my quirk, and was almost salivating at the thought of such a powerful quirk.

Even though I was able to escape absolutely anytime, I did not want to test his capabilities... at least for now.

"I came with a deal."

"What kind?"

"I will give you any type of information you desire besides any related to my personal life, and you will provide me with things that I request."

"Things that you request... Like quirks?" He asked, pondering on my words.

"No. It would be more like DNA samples from you or... human test subjects." I said, the tone of my voice switching to a more serious one.

I did not like it, but I know that some sacrifices are needed to realize my goal. It is... inevitable.

He stayed quiet and still for a good minute.

While these minutes, I did nothing but look at him, in the same stillness.

"I accept, but only if you share your discoveries with one of my subordinates. I can't let you develop a potential weapon against me after all." He said, still smiling.

He was probably thinking of me as a pawn to use until I was worthless.

If only he knew that I have hundred of plans to get rid of him in case he becomes an eyesore...

"It is a deal then. Kurogiri will act as a messenger if I need anything or if you wish to acquire information."

"Good. Do not disappoint me, Unknown. It would be a shame to have to get rid of you so soon."

"You take the words out of my mouth." I replied, making the bottom part of my mouth visible.

"No need to see me off, I know the exit." I said for the last time before disappearing from the room thanks to my quirk.

A few minutes after exiting All For One's hideout, the micro-particles of water and ice composing my body stopped and were rushing toward one point, influenced by my will.

My body was finally whole once again, and I was left standing in the air, just a few kilometers below the stratosphere.

I gazed at the city below my feet.

Everyone seems so... carefree.

I know how human are. They think of themselves as the center of the universe, as the main character of their story.

But here's the truth.

Nobody's worth anything. They are so little in this gigantic world, how can they be special?

The worst is the fact that they think of quirks as... what did he say again?

Ah yes, miracles.

Miracles which are equal to cancer, as it is just slowly killing humanity. In the metaphorical and literal sense.

In a few generations, people won't think of themselves as human as they would simply have gone way past the base human. There would be multiples parties wanting to be recognized as superior to others. There will be war.

Then, even later, people will start losing control over their quirks as these future quirks will be more powerful and complex, giving birth to a lot of meaningless death throughout the years until all there would be left is the traces of these peaceful times when we could have done something, but we did not.

"Eve." I said, starting a conversation with my artificial intelligence.

"Master." Her relatively human voice replied.

She was learning to mimic the way a human talk and the tones coming with it.

"How much time is left until the entrance exam of UA?"

"20 days and 21 nights. Master."

"Thanks. Is your learning of humans progressing well?"

"It is. I also can say that from the expression of Katsura's face, she is angry at you." Eve replied, showing me the image of my front door's camera.

She was angrily knocking on my door.

"Indeed. I strangely do not want to go, the scenery is at its peak right now." I said, my gaze was locked on the horizon.

The sun was setting off on the city, turning the sky partially yellow.

"This world... definitely deserves to be saved.

Got really focused on school, sorry for the lack of chapter.
