At the moment she might agree on the fact that she had taken it too far. The furious expression with which she had stormed inside her room died down eventually and came back the emotionless salvatore who stared at her with his arms folded in front of his chest.
"Uh.." she hesistated, "I.. Uh—"
"Mummy!" The scream froze the couple for a moment before they snapped into action. Salvatore darted across the room and outside only to be met by a small body that around itself into his legs and then hug them close.
Evelyn followed him out quickly after she had gotten dressed badly and was still scrambling to get the buttons done.
"Arabella?" Evelyn questioned before bending down to her daughter's height. "What is the matter, darling?"
Arabella, Who had found her hiding spot in her father's knee's , looked away and towards her mother before she squeezed her cheek against his leg. "I'm scared." She revealed in a small voice. "I think I heard loud thunder."
