Part 7

Waking up looking around I could tell I wasn't in the castle. Were am, I where's Twilight were's the others? Getting up I notice a stream I decided to trot towards it and then I noticed a castle in the distance. Following the stream to the castle and the closer I got the castle looked more and more like the castle of the two sisters then it hit me I was in the Everfree forest but why? Remembering the time that Twilight showed me the castle and the way back to Ponyvile.

The closer I got to Ponyvile the louder the screaming and the crying got. Then it hit like a pile of bricks the intense heat, the smell, and the sounds of ponies screaming in pain. What happened, when did this happen and why did it happen. Running towards the castle to ask what had happened and to see if Twilight was ok.

"Stop right there." a castle guard shouted.

"Why it's me Tempest a good friend with Princess Twilight."

"I know who you are yo-"

"It's ok you can let her in." Twilight informed.

"W-what happened Twilight." I managed to say.

"Last night somepony attacked Ponyvile and managed to set it on fire."

___6 hours before___

"Twilight, Twilight ... you have to come to see this something has happened Ponyvile!"

"What is is Starlight? What happened?" asked Twilight.

"Ponyvile is on fire Twilight!"

"What! How could this happen?"

"I d-don't know Twilight but there are reports from the town's ponies who said that there was a shadowy mare running through leaving a trail of fire and death with her." reported Starlight.

"What a shadow pony is that even possible?" asked Twilight.

"I don't know how but that's what they said."

"Ok we need to for the Wonder blots and get all the pegasus ponies you can to put out the fire, and Starlight help them too. I'll send word to the princesses as soon as possible. Go."

"Spike a letter, 'Dear Princess Celestia, Ponyvile has recently been attacked by a shadow mare who left a trail of fire and death behind her. I have no idea how this could have happened and I ask for your help with our shadow mare and to rebuild the damaged buildings. - Your loyal friend and student Twilight.' That's all Spike send it."

"Ok but what will we do now Twilight?" asked Spike.

"I don't know."
