My name is Izuku Midoriya
A "male" born without a quirk, seen as nothing but a waste of air and resources, I was also rapped which is a common thing for any other male but, the truth is that this society is far beyond repair.
It hurts when your own family wants you dead. I was fortunate enough to find a way to escape that hellhole of a home.
And now I created this lab to help males to develop their own quirks, up until now all I can see is utter failure.
I'm also a secret forensic doctor and helping the police in hopes that this society will change. And to be honest there is a slight change in this society, the police is now more active saving as many children and prevention as much of this corruption as they can, but it's hopeless.
The Heros always interrupt and cause a scene forcing the police to retreat.
"Today's research sample... hmm it seems the target was suffocated to death. The suspects are their mother, school bully and some of the neighbours"
What a mess is this society.

How come only females have quirks and not any man?
In truth both the sexes initially developed quirks but about a hundred years ago men stopped developing quirks and thus they started to be mistreated just how men mistreated women till WW2
