CHAPTER 4

After having explained all that was needed to know, for now, Leilana urges Astra to begin his cultivation.

"Master should begin his cultivation. Though we might be safe for the time being, we don't know from where the danger comes and it is better to have some means to survive and push away the danger." [Leilana]

After Leilana's remark, Astra asks Leilana to recreate the house with even more reinforcement and the highest level of barrier that could be erected using the available resources, and then he sat down in Lotus's position to cultivate.

The Qi around him began to cyclone around Astra with him at the core of it, and Astra began to absorb the Qi gathered around him crazily like a starved beast feasting on the game present in front of him.

This sight continued for a few hours, by the time he woke up dusk had occurred.

Seeing that it was already dusk, Astra stood up and stretched a bit to get rid of all the stiffness in his muscles and bones for having sat in a place for such a long time.

After that, he went to the nearby river which he had found when he was out searching for food earlier, washed up and collected some water in a pitcher which he made from the create everything (MC's ability in the manga Customize Create) and brought it with him to the house.

After that, Astra ate some of the fruits and berries he had collected earlier and slept, even though he had slept for 2 days straight and had cultivated which has him filled with energy, he still slept.

The next day, Astra wakes up and is greeted by Leilana.

"Good morning, Master!" [Leilana]

"Good morning to you too, Leilana." [Astra]

"Did you have a good night's sleep, Master?" [Leilana]

"Yes. I did.

Thank you for asking." [Astra]

"Ok then, I'll be waiting for that day to come." [Leilana]

While both Astra and Leilana were talking with each other, Astra's stomach growled. Then he asked if there were any animals or beasts nearby that could be hunted by him and he could quench his hunger. Despite having some fruits with him he wanted to try something different. And if he still didn't find any animals to hunt he could eventually eat fruits. So, he went hunting some small wild animals to hunt.

After hunting around for half an hour, Astra had caught 2 rabbis and had also collected some wood to make a fireplace and cook the meat.

After breakfast, Astra went for a bath in the river.

After the bath, Astra came out of the river, got dressed, and sat down to cultivate in his home.

During cultivation he could feel the spiritual Qi layers that were covering his Dantian trying to merge with the core, it was the premonition of breaking through.

Astra was flabbergasted feeling that the Qi he had stored during yesterday's cultivation session was trying to merge. So, he sent a small part of his consciousness towards his Dantian and began observing it. He could see 4 thick layers of Qi around his Dantian that was shining a bright golden with a hint of chaotic darkness.

After trying for a breakthrough which he still couldn't reach even after cultivating till noon he left it at that and now was roaming in the jungle to find the exit that might lead to the human settlement.

While he was searching for the route to the exit, he suddenly Leilana calling him which startled him.

After walking around for some time, Astra begins to sense someone approaching him, or more likely walking in his direction.

Sensing this Astra was happy and excited for encountering the first human after his transmigration.

After that, he rushed towards the person's direction. After running possibly for an hour or two he finally saw a silhouette.

The person whom he saw was a woman who was wearing a crimson red dress. She had snow-white skin which was smooth, and she had a gorgeous face, had curves in the right places, her bottom was firm and perky, while her breasts were so big that any man would do anything to just get to touch those bosoms as if the heavens had spent years perfecting her.

Seeing someone coming out from deep within the Forest, the woman took a defensive stance and approached the person coming from within the Forest cautiously.

After the person came into her view, she started observing the man from top to bottom.

The man seemed to be around 15 years, with a masculine body, there seemed to be quite dense and pure Qi surrounding his body, and on top of it all, there was a manly charisma on his face. On looking more closely the man seemed to have been cultivating his body along with his Qi and not just any beginner Body cultivator but someone who has already reached the peak of the «Body Refining Realm» and on the brink of a breakthrough.

When the woman saw this, she was startled, and she couldn't believe that such a young man could be a heaven gifted genius with the talent for cultivation in both Qi and Body at the same time. After deciphering this from his characteristics, she had an urge to invite him into her sect with the thought that it would benefit both her sect and her.

"Umm… Excuse me. May I know who you might be? Where have you come from? And why are you coming from deep within this Forest." [Woman]

Hearing this Astra was quite happy seeing that the woman showed advancement in bringing up the conversation.

"I'm Astra. You could say that I have come from a very far place. While I was on my journey to enroll in the sect I got lost and have been staying in this forest trying to find my way out until I met you. It truly must be heavens doing for me meeting you here.

May I know what this fine lady's name is?" [Astra]

"Oh... Sorry for the late introduction. My name is Nanea. I'm a disciple of the Heavenly Sword Sect. If you want, then I could help you out and take you to the city." [Nanea]

"Of course. It would be my honor to be led by such a beautiful lady. Please lead the way." [Astra]

Hearing Astra calling her a beauty while still having an innocent face made Nanea's heart skip a bit and her face got a red tinge to it.

Though Nanea had seen and heard many complimenting her with such remarks, they always held a lustful expression in their eyes. This was also seen by her in the fellow sect disciples which made her always have apprehension towards the party of the opposite gender.

But this young man in front of her complimented her with such an innocent face that it made her ease up a bit but also have a small bit of doubt build up in her heart that was she not to his likings and standards: that he wasn't having lustful feeling for her.

It was rather vexing to her, but she still had to maintain her image in front of Astra to leave imprint positive remarks in his mind. So, without waiting for any further, she began leading Astra through the forest towards the city.

While they were walking through the forest, they both passed by many kinds of animals and beasts (animals who have cultivated Qi) but none were of the aggressive type.

Astra was observing all the animals and beasts with curiosity. And the animals were not the ones that sparked his curiosity, but it was the beasts.

They encountered all sorts of beasts, from the birds that seemed to be burning to the land crawlers who don't seem to crawl but walk. Many had some sort of elemental energy surrounding them.

They both had to make many stops during their trip to the city because Astra always got diverted from their destination because he got too engrossed in observing the wildlife.

And while they were walking through the forest, Nanea was closely observing Astra's every action. But she couldn't help but form a smile on her face every time they passed by some new creatures that caught his attention while he skipped around the place observing them.

Nanea seeing that they won't be able to reach the city before dusk with the speed they were walking. So, she urged Astra to hurry as it could be very dangerous spending the night in the forest. And she promised that she would later show all the beasts she could search.

Only after urging and promising this to Astra, again and again, did they finally get back on track and with some reasonable speed which made Nanea sure that they can make their way to the city before dusk. And so they continued their journey without having any further issue whatsoever.
