A very nice read with one of the best Characters in Bleach ' Ulquiorra ' . His character is defined so well that it matches with the original and the outline of the story is perfect. Give it a try and you will not regret it . Honestly it didn't seem like an original novel to me. The characters have no personality, several chapters without content, the protagonist (?) Is not quite a protagonist, he is more a viewer, his interference in the original timeline is null, the dialogues are practically nonexistent, the author writes well, but we can see that it is lazy writing, the moments are repetitive, in many parts there is no difference to the anime apart from Ulquiorra's existence. Apart from Sona and Serafall the other "characters" practically ignore his existence, there are no interactions with other characters. as I said: he exists, but it's like he didn't exist. The author tries to convey an impression that the protagonist is useful, that he is important, but it is as I said: His existence is (until now) irrelevant to the DXD universe itself. It's a very difficult review to do, because ... I don't consider the novel "original", I don't want to offend anyone, but this novel is a description of the events that occurred on DXD, it reminded me of "Prince of the shadows" a novel in the HP universe.

Slavery is still slavery even if the master is the nicest person in the world. I don’t know why the MC turned it some shriveled up beta ***** who accepted the first person he saw as his master.

So far the chapters I read are all good the grammar is good the story is good . The MC also has a personality I can go by. Just hope you will update more chapters frequently . I think I'm addicted to this novel pls update new chapters

Well, I don't really know where to start on this one. I guess I'll go with the easiest thing to criticize, the writing quality. Oh dear lord is it hard to read. I don't recommend reading this word for word, it's easier to just skim it and allow your brain to fill in the gaps, because whatever your brain makes up is guaranteed to sound better than what the author wrote. Next up is the story development. I really can't say much, other than the fact that it's basically exactly what happens in DxD canon, except Ulqiorra is awkwardly shoved right in there, and you get to read about his emotionless viewpoint sometimess. You can't really make a novel like this work, unless you happen to have an exceptionally interesting OC, which Ulqiorra clearly isn't. Now, for the character design. It's basically the DxD characters without any changes, really not very interesting. As for Ulquiorra, he's not a bad character, but the author really isn't doing anything with him. He has no emotions yeah, but you'd think the author would at least try some form of character development, but there's none whatsoever. I recommend you just read Bleach or DxD if you find some of the things in this book interesting. The world background, well, it's just the same as DxD. No changes whatsoever. The only reason why I read through 40 chapters was because I was hoping I could find any semblance of creativity from the author, but alas, I was left disappointed. I will say, however, that the author is quite diligent in pumping out chapters. Usually about one or two per day. All in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone to read this. This is good. Really good. I'd give this a 10 if it weren't for the rating limited to 5. Occasional grammar mistakes but that is fine for me. Buuuuuuut you just had to disappear when the battle at chapter 55 was about to get interesting. If I had an arm long enough to reach wherever you are from I would strangle you.

Hi, I'm interested to know if you'll be continuing this story in the possible future or are you willing to let someone else adopt it? I really like Ulquiorra and I find it a shame that it hasn't been updated for 2 years, so I want to continue the story—only after getting your permission.
