People froze and stopped talking, before whipping their heads to look at each other. "Special Buildings? Did I hear it right?"
Although it wasn't announced, a lot of people knew what the Architecture and Engineering department was up to. It wasn't a secret and there were many members of that team.
It took a moment for them to absorb that it was really happening, though.
"Wait, whaattttt?"
"When are they building it?"
"I wanna see!"
At this, someone tapped his friend.
"Look, look!!"
They turned in the direction of the plaza.
"WHOA!"
Soon, three areas around the territory witnessed the magical creations of buildings and people swarmed to watch a good show.
