Inside a cave, a moving skeleton covered in leathery skin punched at the cave wall. Despite his looks, he was a living breathing human and he held a lot of strength for how he looked.

Hearing the notification from his long-awaited system the man threw a heavy punch at the wall and the wall started to crack. Another punch sent chunks of the wall flying away revealing the dark night sky the light of the moon bathed the man's lower body.

"Finally I can leave this hell hole." his rough parched voice echoed in the cave as he turned to look at the clothing he put behind him.

The man took the clothes but didn't put them on. He slowly walked out of the cave and enjoyed the fresh breeze soon he walked off hoping to find life.

After an hour of walking, he found a lake he decided to wash himself since he hadn't bathed for an entire year. Placing the clothes on a rock he entered the lake and did all he could to remove the smell of sweat and dead skin from his body.

After half an hour he got out of the lake and sat on a rock waiting to dry.

"Status." the man said aloud as he looked at the night sky.

"Well I was going to do it so might as well get some rewards with it." Odin said as he laid on the rock and waited for himself to dry.

Half an hour later Odin got dressed and he flickered away. His long white hair fluttered in the wind as he leaped from tree to tree in the night sky. He soon saw smoke on the horizon and arrived upon a small cottage in the forest.

'I guess this is where my answers are.' Odin thought as he looked at the three people sitting near the fire.

But before walking up to them he decided to fix his appearance if he wanted answers charisma would play a huge part and looking like a zombie lowered his chances. He sat on the branch and absorbed the energy around him and slowly revitalized his body.

His leathery skin turned smooth and silky his chapped lips became smooth and rosy and his dry hair regained its luster. After this, he had truly transformed into a handsome man he jumped off and landed on the ground.

After making sure he looked good he slowly walked up to the group and acted confused and lost.

"Uh hello do you guys know where I am I seem to have split off from my group?" his once rough voice that would make even psychos have nightmares was now replaced with a soothing voice.

"Oh dear you startled us did you say you got lost?" a woman said as she got up and walked up to Odin.

"Yes if you can could you please tell me where the nearest town is?" Odin said as he looked around.

"Of course please follow me we live here so we don't remember where the town is but I have a map please wait." the lady said as she lead Odin to the cottage.

Entering the cottage Odin was hit with the smell of blood he looked at the table and saw a bloody price of meat.

"Oh I'm sorry we just caught a boar please bear with it." the lady said as she looked at odins expression she soon entered a room and the sound of moving items was heard.

Odin walked up to the meat and cut off a small piece and started to chew the raw meat. As he finished tasting the raw meat he heard the woman arrive behind him. He turned around and looked at the woman who was holding an old scroll.

"Here come to the table ill show you where to go." the woman said as she went to the coffee table and laid out the map.

"Miss, can I ask you something?" Odin said as he arrive behind her.

"Of course what is it?" the woman said as she turned around and was stabbed in the eye. Odin covered her mouth muffling her screams.

"Why did you kill a little child I doubt you need human meat when you're in a very lively forest?" Odin said as he snapped the woman's neck quickly before taking the map and searching the cottage.

Odin quickly looted the cottage with what he could find and headed outside. Holding a sharp machete he silently walked up to the other two people and quickly killed them. He took a piece of wood and lit it and placed it near a flammable object inside the house and made sure it burned.

Watching the burning house he left quickly only stopping near another cave and checking his map. Even if it was old it was detailed enough for him to know where to go and if there was anything he needed to look out for.

All he needed was to know where north was and it was quite simple he laid on a tree and patiently let the moon pass over finding where west was. He waited until the sun rose and looked to his right where north was he quickly left and by noon he made it to the outskirts of the city.
