Cannon (1).

'Before I do anything I need to make a few preparations.'

Loki walked into the Forbidden Forest with a little more fear than he usually held, still traumatised from the last incident, but his aim kept him focused on the job he was currently doing.

Walking up to the Unicorn territory, Loki waited for a while before an adult Unicorn came out and met him.

Loki could recognise the Unicorn, it was the one he'd saved in the Forbidden Forest a week earlier.

"Hello." Loki said with a calm smile.

*Neigh*

"Yes, I know, I should've come earlier but my friend got hurt and then I got busy, sorry."

*Neigh*

"Thank you for forgiving me. But I need a little help."

*NEIGH*

"Hehe, I know I don't need to ask since I'm welcomed, but I might be getting a little ahead of myself this time. Could I have a little bit of your blood?" Loki asked with a worried tone-

-but he needn't have since as soon as the words left Loki's mouth, the Unicorn tilted its head and created a small scratch on its body using its horn from where pure silver blood began to leak out.

"Wha-"

*NEIGH*

The Unicorn hurried him and Loki immediately rushed to it with an open flask and began to collect a little bit of blood.

And as soon as he filled his medium-sized flask with it he poured a healing potion on its wound to heal it up, even giving the Unicorn a little bit to heal it from the inside.

*SPAT*

Loki slapped the neck of the horse and said "That was reckless! What if I wanted to get your blood to drink it like that man?! And what if I wanted to do something bad to you?! And what if the blood got wasted."

*neigh*

The Unicorn buried its head into Loki's shoulder and *neighed* softly tickling Loki in the process and although Loki was arguing around with the horse, he was truly thankful.

After spending a while with the Unicorn, Loki left the Forbidden Forest with renewed determination.

As soon as Loki entered the castle he found Harry searching for him and as soon as he spotted Loki, he came running up to see him.

"What happened?" Loki asked Harry.

"It's the Philosopher's Stone! Professor Snape is about to steal it!"

"Professor Snape? Philosopher's stone?"

"Yes! It will take too long to explain everything, could you help us!?" Harry exclaimed.

"Huh?" Loki took a few seconds to realise he was talking with Harry and not Hermione so his mind rebooted several times as he failed to connect the dots as to how and why Harry had come looking for him.

Eventually, he gave up and just resorted to thinking, 'Eh! It's probably 'Adam's' bad writing fault.'

'But it's probably good for me. Instead of having to hijack his story, I am being invited in.'

But he managed to hold onto a shred of rationality and said, "Give me a little bit of time, I need to prepare."

Loki agreed since this would help his plan immensely and reduce suspicion on him for what he was about to do.

'At least now I can say I have a reason to enter the forbidden corridor if anyone asks me why.'

'Better than saying I accidentally slipped into the trapdoor Fluffy's hiding.'

"Alright, meet me and Ron at the third-floor corridor in twenty minutes."

And before Loki could argue about how rushed that was Harry turned around a left, presumably to make preparations of his own.

Seeing how everything was going to follow Harry's schedule Loki rushed to his room, getting everything and anything that would help him fight whoever might be on the other end.

"Flaring Sun Charm, check."

"Elane's good luck charm, check."

"Niffler?" *Squeak*

"Unicorn blood, check."

And finally, "Ring of Harvest, check."

Loki was taking the ring with him with just one thought on his mind, "Just in case I need it."

He wore it with the ruby palmed in his hand so that it didn't show on the outside and no one would question him about it if they happened to see it.

'Hopefully, I won't need to use it though.'

'Should I inform Dominic?'

'No, he'll only try to stop me and for my plan, I need to go into that corridor.'

Just as Loki was about to leave the Dungeons, a blond girl with blinds on her eyes appeared in front of him and stopped him from leaving.

"Huh? Do you need something? Daphne if I'm not wrong?"

The girl stayed silent, muttering about something under her breath before she looked at Loki and spoke in a calm and relaxed tone.

"You will need luck."

'What!?'

'Does she know what I'm about to do?'

'Seer? No a Wheel of Fortune pathway Beyonder?'

'Does she know I'm a Beyonder?'

'But if she was from the Wheel of Fortune pathway she should be lying down, bleeding form her eyes while looking at me.'

The sentence shocked Loki a little, wondering if his plan had been revealed, but he stood his ground and pretended not to understand since there was still a chance that she didn't exactly know about the situation but was inferring his need from some other way through divination.

"What do you mean?" Loki asked pretending to be confused.

"This will help. Pour your spirituality into it and make a logical and reasonable wish, it will have a high chance of coming true." Daphne said holding out a small paper crane origami.

Loki looked at the crane and became a little shocked, 'The Wheel Of Fortune Pathway?'

'Why is she helping me!?'

"Why are you helping me?"

"You will know when the time comes.", Daphne said with a numb expression that confused Loki all the more.

After thinking for a few moments Loki picked up the crane and stuffed it into his pocket

A few minutes later Loki was in front of the third-floor corridor where he found Harry waiting for him with Ron.

They seemed to be arguing about something, but Loki didn't pay attention to it and just said, "Come on, we're losing light." attempting to sound cool.

The two boys looked at him, clearly not understanding what he was talking about since it was only afternoon, but seeing him walk towards the only door in the corridor, they followed.

"We know how to get past the dog." Harry said pulling out a small flute.

"That won't be needed.", Loki said confidently.

Loki pushed open the door and looked at Fluffy whose heads seemed to be yawning contentedly.

But along with the dog, there seemed to also be a harp in the room, indicating someone had already tried to get in earlier and had been successful in crossing the three-headed dog.

*WUFF*

One of Fluffy's heads shouted as soon as Loki stepped into the room causing the other two heads to turn around and look at him.

Loki moved to the giant dog and began scratching under its three chins, "Aww…who's a good boy."

"Loki! The stone!!" Harry reminded politely.

Loki *coughed* a little and spoke with the giant Cerberus.

"Fluffy, did you know you just let a bad person pass you a few minutes earlier?"

*WUFF*

"I'm serious.", Loki said as all three heads looked at him with worry.

"Could you let us go past you so that I can stop the person and help Hagrid? Don't you want to help me and Hagrid? Aren't you a good boy?"

The three heads looked at each other and just as Ron was getting impatient and about to pull the flute out of Harry's hands and play it himself the Cerberus pulled away its paw from the trap door, allowing Loki, Harry and Ron to pass through safely.

Loki smirked and opened the trapdoor and said, "After you."

"What? You're scared of the dark?" Ron asked with a proud tone but Loki just shook his head and asked, "Do you wanna go in or not? Or are you scare-".

Ron looked at the dark room underground and without allowing Loki to say anything else, he jumped in through the trap door.

"It's safe and soft down here!" Ron shouted.

Harry looked at Loki, nodded a little and then jumped in through the trap door himself.

"Thank you for helping me out Fluffy.", Loki said with a soft gaze on the animal and the three dogs licked Loki before pushing him in through the trap door.

As soon as Loki landed inside the dark room on something airy, he suddenly heard Ron scream.

"The ground!! It's moving!! Like a snake!! Around my neck!!!"

"No!! It's a plant!!" Harry shouted helpfully since they couldn't see anything in the dark.

So Loki pulled out his wand and through the wines that were trying to choke him and shouted, "Lumos Maxima!!"

A bright white light filled the room causing the Devil's Snare to leave the trio in peace as it retreated to the walls of the room trying to escape the bright white light.

"Thanks for the help." Ron said apologetically and Loki just shook his head and accepted, "It's alright, I didn't mind."

The trio ran through the corridor and through a door arriving at a new room that was filled with flying keys.

"Huh." Loki said looking at the keys flying all around the room. "Do we need a key to open that door?" Loki asked pointing at the door on the opposite wall of the room.

"But which key would it be?" Harry asked.

"Maybe that one!?" Ron pointed at a rusty and large old key that had a damaged wing, making it easier to spot since it was flying wobbly.

"And there are brooms over there!" Loki pointed and exclaimed outwardly, while inwardly he shouted, 'Damn 'Adam' couldn't you have made your plan less obvious!? Isn't this just screaming Harry Potter is the hero of the story?'
