Chapter 129: Super Soldier (First Update)

Mande Region border.

On April 18th, war broke out.

The deafening sound of artillery shattered the usual tranquility as howling shells fell on the outposts, raising a sky of mud and gunpowder smoke. Shortly after the brief bombardment, masses of Jieke Security Soldiers immediately charged forward.

These outposts served only as early warnings and were not truly capable of defending against large armies, especially against the firepower of Jieke Security.

Warlord soldiers who were lucky enough to survive hurriedly surrendered, squatting on the ground while holding their hands in the French military salute.

Bordering the Mande Region were two warlords, Ang Yulun and Suomin Tun.

Ang Yulun commanded eight thousand troops, while Suomin Tun had ten thousand, both strategically positioned in a pincer formation on either side of the Mande Region.
