Neo watched with a broken heart as the rest of the team defended clumsily, some of them bumping into each other and falling.

Neo blitzed forward with a glazed eyes. At this juncture, he had lost trust in his teammates. He decided to take control of the game alone, albeit, only for a short amount of time. Hopefully, it would be enough to bring them back into the game, and the way to do this was to score a goal. And that is exactly what he was going to do. Neo burst forward with crazy speed as a red ring appeared around his pupils.

Huh? What was that? Jeremy asked as he noticed something flash around him. A lightning storm?

Neo knocked the ball away from Rory and he instantly noticed a sharp pain shoot over his left knee.

Crap! I overdid it!

Neo groaned in pain. He had moved too quickly and it took a large portion of his stamina, putting too much stress into his knees and now, they were at the verge of buckling.
