Chapter 99 : Tsunade 2

Shika wasn't having that talk with Tsunade, he wasn't interested hitting his head against a wall, if it was those two 106 of her then its a different case for sure but otherwise no.

The talk with Jiraiya and Tsunade went more or less similar to what happened in the cannon, maybe the only difference is that this time around there was no interference from both Orochimaru and Kabuto.

This also means that the story not gonna go like how it did in the anime, aka the possibility that Tsunade won't come to the village was high as fuck.

Shika couldn't help but sigh thinking about this, he knew that something like this would happen, after all, Orochimaru was an important character who shaped the story of Naruto even in Shippuden.

However, if given the choice between either letting the cannon go on like it did or taking a little risk to take the only chance to get rid of Uncle Orochi, he will always choose the latter.

"What did you say? She is supposed to be next Hokage." Naruto shouted while Shika was thinking to himself, bringing him out of his thought process.

'oh, is this where he is supposed to irritate her to the point that they start fighting ?' Shika wondered.

Tsunade was pretty, Shika couldn't deny that, but that was only what she looked like, her rude behaviour was a turn-off immediately. And of course, it kind of makes sense considering that she was 50 or so...

'Whatever, I'm never been the boobs guys anyway. Personality matters more to me in the end.' Shika thought and let them have there fun.

Tsunade leaned back in her chair, crossing her arms as she looked at Naruto and Jiraiya. "Hokage? It's a fool's position. Only people wanting to die take that job, wasting their lives for a village that doesn't care about them."

Naruto's eyes widened in disbelief. "What did you say? The Hokage is the strongest ninja in the village! They protect everyone!" this conversation sounded very familiar with Shika, not interested he just focus on his food for for the time being. He didn't even let his presence known to others even after he was sitting on the side. Acting like he wasn't among them at all.

One reason being that one section of the seat only hold 4 people, that being Tsuande, Jiraiya, Sizune and Naruto. So he was sitting on the other side away from them, and secondly, he just didn't want anything to do with this all.

Hiruzen was dead, that all matters, even if Tsuande doesn't become the Hokage its fine, those old man soon going push Jiraiya to be one for sure.

As long as its not Danzo... anyone is fine.

Tsunade laughed, clearly unimpressed. "The strongest? Maybe in title, but it's just a glorified position for fools who throw their lives away."

Naruto clenched his fists. "I don't care what you say! I'm going to become Hokage one day, and I'll prove to everyone how important that position is!"

Tsunade raised an eyebrow, amused by Naruto's determination. "You? Hokage? You wouldn't last five seconds in a real fight."

Fuming with anger, Naruto stood up and pointed at her. "I'll show you! Let's take this outside! I'll prove to you that I'm serious!"

Jiraiya sighed, knowing things were escalating fast. Shika remained quiet but observant, still more focus on his food than anything.

Once outside, Tsunade smirked. "Fine, but I won't need more than a finger to put you in your place. But remember kid, if I win than you will forget about being a Hokage." Tsuande said making Naruto frown.

"Oh yeah, and what if I won ?" Naruto asked.

"Hmm... well if you won then I will give you this necklace." Tsunade point the pretty stone she was wearing. Naruto didn't care about some stupid necklace until Jiraiya told her what that thing really is.

'Maybe I should be ready to heal him...' Shika ponder as he was still munching on his dumplings.

Naruto charged at her with all his strength, determined to prove himself. But true to her word, Tsunade only raised one finger and effortlessly blocked Naruto's punches, flicking him back as if he weighed nothing.

"You're too weak," she said coldly.

But as Naruto got back up, panting, he formed a Rasengan in his hand, startling Tsunade. "I'm not done yet!" he shouted, charging again with the spinning ball of chakra.

Tsunade's eyes widened in shock. "Rasengan?" She barely dodged, surprised at how well he had formed the jutsu. Though it wasn't perfect yet, Naruto had clearly been training hard.

"Almost mastered it..." Tsunade muttered to herself, her expression turning more serious. This kid might not be just all talk after all.

But that was just that, a little trick. In front of her, a Rasengan was nothing. Let alone a barely stable one. She made a fist and punched down at the ground with so much power that the entire ground shattered with her punch.

Naruto who was rushing at her got disbalance and the Rasengan in his hands out slam to the ground. Further increasing the repair cost on this poor town.

The next second Tsuande was right in front of Naruto, flicking her finger and throwing Naruto away, making him fly backwards and slamming onto a wall.

'This Violent Woman...' Shika can't help but curse, Naruto got slam right beside him, he was unharmed but his Dumplings didn't share his fate.

"Okay, stop now... any more and the town owner will have to sell his personal property to repair the place." Shika shouted out when he saw Naruto standing up, poor boy's hand was twisted bad, and there was an obvious injury at his head. Blood oozing out of there.

'Geeze, no wonder Dan is death.' Shika didn't dare say it out loud but he had a feeling that now he knew what really happened to her lover.

"Tsunade snorted at this, though she also felt a little bad seeing how Naruto was more injured than she wanted. She didn't want that to happen, and there was no way that she would show that to her face.

Sizune was about to rush to heal Naruto but that when Shika extended his hands a a white Aura appeared on his hands.

"Take it easy will ya... she is not someone who you can beat right now..." Shika said and put his glowing hands on Naruto's head.

The next second even Tsunade was shocked to see what happened, let alone both Jiraiya and Sizune.

Naruto was completely healed by now, his twisted had got fixed in front of others making others disbelieve and the wound on his head was fixed almost instantly.
