As they stepped back into the familiar surroundings of the inner area, the tension from the confrontation still lingered in the air. Jadyn took a deep breath, visibly centering herself before turning to Zed with a determined look.

"That was... intense," she said, her voice steady despite the lingering adrenaline. "But we can't let it derail your progress. Are you up for continuing with your training?"

Zed nodded, a fierce determination burning in his eyes. "Absolutely. If anything, this has only made me more determined to get stronger."

Jadyn smiled, impressed by his resilience. "Alright then. Let's move on to muscle control training. We'll use the Brain-Computer Interface system."
