"Ayana, Lagertha, Gar has been injured badly!" I shout as I enter my still open door carrying Gar inside and see the girls laying out a clean white blanket, on the large wooden table.

"Can I help?" Esther asks softly from behind me.

"Mix Camille and rosemary with the cleaning spirits Vidar makes." Ayana commands Esther as I sit down on the table and lay Gar down on it and Gar rests his head on my lap. "Well, I mix this together." Ayana continues and I scratch behind Gar's ear to keep him and myself calm as I watch Esther like a hawk to make sure she doesn't try to hurt my baby.

I gently restrain Gar's head so he can't snap at Ayana or Esther…not that I would care much if he bit Esther other than getting a laugh out of it.

Feeling a deep pain in my chest as he whimpers in pain as Esther applies the sterilizer and Ayana trims down patches of fur and applies a healing paste to Garmr's injuries.

While Lagertha came over with fresh clean white strips of cloth…well as white as cloth gets on these times, and starts rapping the areas that has Ayana treated with paste.

Once all Gar's injuries were treated Ayana led Esther out of my hall making a feeling of peace wash over me, as I absentmindedly pet Gar where he isn't injured as he sleeps with his head resting on my thigh.

"You are going to be a pain to wash." I joke lightly as Gar whimpers in his sleep.

"He'll be fine Vidar." Lagertha says as she places a comforting hand against my forearm and a kiss against my lips.

"I know…but he's our child…" I whisper as I can't help but feel a little lost.

"Come, let's wash the blood off of you." Lagertha whispers to me as she takes off her tunic, rolls it up and lifts Gar's head from my lap and gives me a look that promises pain if I don't follow her command as she slides the makeshift pillow underneath Gar's head and gently lowers him down onto it.

"Where'd Ayana slip off to?" I ask Lagertha as I find the bathtub full of lazily steaming water, "She went to check on Henrik." Lagertha replies to me as she undoes my trousers and slides them down my legs following them in their tracks as she kneels before me.

"Aggy, can we just bathe together?…I'm not feeling like sex right now." I ask softly before stating unsurely as I know Lagertha also needs some one on one time and didn't have a go last night.

"Of course My Husband, I just thought it might help ease your tension." Lagertha looks up at me with an honest loving look as she replies to me, and I'm reminded again why it was that out of a village where I could have any woman I wanted or take any slave I wanted Lagertha was and is the only woman I have ever wanted to marry in this life.

"I love you, My Wife…but if you'd like to coddle me my shoulders are feeling a bit sore." I say softly while offering her my hand which she takes and I lift her to her feet.

"It will be my pleasure, Vidar." Lagertha teases softly, as I lay back in the bronze tub.

"So…Aggy?" Lagertha asks me as I groan as Lagertha leans into massaging my shoulders and neck.

"Hmm, don't like it?" I hum as I enjoy her firm yet gentle massaging of me.

"It's unusual…but not unwelcome." Lagertha says as if she's tasting something new and strange on her tongue, as she grabs the bar of lavender and loney soap and starts applying it beginning at my shoulders, eliciting another pleased groan from me.

"Vidar!" Mikael says as he walks into the bathroom as Lagertha slowly slid up and down my length in the tub.

"Haa, Father…you could have knocked." I groan as Lagertha tightens up so much she seems to struggle to slide back down my length.

"Fuck off." Lagertha whisper a curse, back at me with no heat behind her voice as she kisses my neck, before sucking and biting it slightly.

'Already practicing I see.' I joke in my head as I roll my eyes.

"Come on my love, it's time for battle." I joke but Lagertha doesn't move and just holds me tightly.

"When I saw him, I was terrified…he looks…so much like you when you were that age." Lagertha says against my neck her voice slightly muffled as she starts to cry, warrior woman she might be but heartless emotionless she is not, Lagertha has a weak spot for those she loves same as anyone else not sociopathic.

"Shh, I'm here, my love. I won't let a little thing like death keep us apart." I playfully try to reassure Lagertha as I rub her back in circles.

"You're a fool." Lagertha leans back and says as she stares me in the eyes.

"I am…for you." I joke, which has the intended effect of making Lagertha release a girlish giggle as she rolls her eyes at me in exasperation.

So I feel really stupid right now, since I messed up pretty badly, some of you may have experienced this yourself or are about to but during the Corona virus pandemic, the government had this affordable internet program going on which put my Internet cost at 72 USD a month, well it expired in my region and I didn't realize it so my Internet bill jumped up to 138 usd and I only have the amount to cover the 72 set aside for internet.
