Chapter 29

As we prepared to leave, I couldn't shake off the feeling that Sarah was hiding something. Her sudden change in behavior and her warning about being watched had left me uneasy.

"Damian, I don't trust her," I whispered again, as we walked towards the plane.

Damian's expression was grim. "I know, me neither. But we need to focus on getting Liam to safety first."

I nodded, knowing he was right. We had to prioritize our son's safety above all else.

As we boarded the plane, I couldn't help but look back at Sarah, who was standing on the ground, watching us leave. Her expression was unreadable, but I sensed a hint of sadness in her eyes.

Once we were airborne, Damian turned to me. "We need to come up with a plan to expose Blackout and bring them down."

I nodded, determination coursing through my veins. "I'm ready. Let's do it."
