Ashely woke up besides Sam, her head throbbing faintly from a hangover.

She hissed as she tried to get out of bed but the strong masculine arms that were wrapped around her waist couldn't let her move an inch.

Sam was cuddling her and the way he held onto her made her heart flutter.

It was like he did not want to let her go.

That small thought had her brow furrow into a small frown as she looked at Sam's fine and peaceful sleeping face.

This man had not told her he loved her and as much as she tried to convince herself to move past it.

Ashley couldn't.

She slowly removed his hands from her waist, careful not to wake him up.

Once she had successfully moved out of his embrace, she proceeded to climb out of bed only to get yanked back.

Her back hit a strong study chest and Ashley blinked in surprise.

"Sam..?" She called but she got no response.
