Gas station explosion

Iris looked so downcast and dejected, but Tyler was more shaken at her words.

"Iris…" He called her name in so much concern that even Iris could feel the emotions hidden behind the voice. 

Iris was soon captured in a tight embrace, and she lay her head gently on Tyler's chest, listening to his heartbeat. It was so chaotic that she immediately understood what it meant. 

"You planned to keep it away from me, didn't you?" Even though Iris asked in a still small voice, Tyler heard her and decided to come clean at once. It didn't even sound much like a question, but rather a stately of fact.

"You didn't know you were pregnant, and you lost the baby before you could even find out." Tyler spoke matter of fact lying, and Iria concluded the statement for him, much to his surprise. 

"What I don't know cannot hurt me, huh?" She added calmly, even a bit too calm for Tyler to understand.
