UNO’s POV

I quickly manipulated the code, as I typed on my laptop. My heart beat fast as I watched the download was almost complete.

I stood up and grabbed for a pen and paper before plopping back down on my bed and glanced down at my screen, seeing that the download was complete. I shifted through the files, searching for the one I need.

“Let’s see who did you talk to, for the past months, Kate.”

I opened the correct file and scanned through the list of names. I filtered them out to see the most calls and texts she had sent to.

I saw that she had sent text messages to her father, mother and Liam. I rolled my eyes when I saw she sent a text message in me. I wasn’t aware of it because I didn’t bother to read it.

As I scrolled down, I saw her called Jeno twice and a name of Mia appeared, too, in which she called for more than 10 times. Mia? I hoped that the Mia I knew from Kingsborough University and her cousin were not the same person.
