As Carmen joined me on the yoga mat, I couldn't help but feel a thrill of anticipation. She looked slightly out of place in her formal clothes, but her presence was comforting and exciting all at once. I guided her through some basic stretches, feeling a warm sense of connection.

"See?" I said, smiling as I adjusted her form. "You're doing great."

She laughed, shaking her head. "Only because I have a good teacher."
