Chapter 508: Audrey Grows Rabbit Ears

She had a tall, slender figure, with golden hair cascading down naturally, without any hair accessories.

The pair of pink rabbit ears stood tall among her golden locks, exuding a beauty akin to budding lotus flowers.

Due to her shy emotions, the pink rabbit ears appeared translucent, with visible blood vessels.

Audrey wore a white lace nightgown, perfectly covering her figure. The gown reached two inches above her ankles, revealing her bare, snow-white feet. Her toes, like those sculpted from snow, were tightly pressed together, and her arched feet showed her unease.

Seeing her own captivating appearance in the mirror, Audrey's blush deepened, and her bare feet made her feel even more out of place.

Fortunately, she quickly understood the cause of this phenomenon.

Calming herself, she mentally changed into a more appropriate outfit: a light yellow and green dress replaced the white lace nightgown, and her delicate feet were now in brown flat shoes.

Only the pink rabbit ears remained, whether intentionally or not.

This was the core of Eden, where all the passersby were heading.

The church was enormous, over eighty meters high, supported by huge black pillars, each embedded with a certain number of skulls from various beings.

Due to their placement, the empty eyes of the skulls seemed to gaze down at every being entering the church.

Even the four-to-five-meter-tall Susie seemed as docile as a regular golden retriever before this massive church.

Entering through the main door, they found a grand, spacious hall. At the hall's end stood a giant cross, entwined with a gray-white dragon statue.

This was the symbol of the spiritual dragon.

"Woof!"

Susie barked in displeasure, seemingly unhappy with the design of the spiritual dragon entwined around the cross.

"The cross symbolizes the Creator, who indeed reclaimed the authority of the spiritual dragon," Hastur explained, but Susie remained unhappy. She shook her head, signaling Hastur and Audrey to proceed while she stayed outside the church.

"Mr. Hastur, aren't we here to find the treasure?" Audrey also stopped.

"The real treasure is inside."

"Will there be danger?"

"As long as we don't cause trouble, there won't be any danger."

"...Alright."

Audrey turned to Susie, instructing her not to wander off to avoid getting lost.

Passing through the hall and deeper into the church, most of the people stopped here, seemingly lacking the credentials to proceed further.

Hastur and Audrey successfully passed the identity verification, entering the deepest part of the church as a special identity and the Arrogant Lady.

Before coming here, Hastur had Mrs. Lisa steal Hvin Rambis' identity, the Arrogant Mister, and gave it to Audrey, making her the Arrogant Lady.

As for Hastur's special identity, it was one of the three identities stolen from the Dream Weaver by Mrs. Lisa.

Though this identity had been forgotten by its original owner, it still held the highest authority to pass through here.

Because the Dream Weaver was the current president of the Psychological Alchemy Society, Pauli Derlau.

According to Mrs. Lisa's estimation, the president was still in a deep sleep, not daring to send even a projection for fear of being targeted by her again.

In the innermost room of the church, in front of a dragon statue, there was a small long table with five chairs on each side, and the head and foot positions were empty.
