"So that's what happened," I explained everything to Dylan and Carl, omitting the parts where I had snuck into the Dark Callisto pack and made a mess of Shadow's room and almost got caught.

I indeed told him that I snuck there, but the rest wasn't so necessary for him to know.

"That's quite peculiar. I have heard of Shadow. Though he isn't as troubling as his alpha, the guys should not be underestimated either. He is known to defeat some alphas too," Carl said.

I couldn't help but nod at him in understanding.

I could tell Carl wasn't bluffing. I have seen those ripping muscles and touched them too when I was in my cat form.
